My car was totaled the other day in an accident and I immediately thought to call Bret who has worked with my family with the purchase of numerous cars at Route 46 Nissan. He got right back to us and in immediately thought to call Bret who has worked with my family with the purchase of numerous cars at Route 46 Nissan. He got right back to us and into a car almost exactly if not better then the one I was in before. When I got home for the dealership I noticed that the hood was pushed in probably from the weight of the snow etc and due to the rain none of us saw it when we got into the car. I again called on Bret who assured it would be taken care of. This is our 3rd Nissan purchased from this dealership. I find the staff very friendly and the service department to be kind and very helpful especially Philip Amend who usually helps me when I go in. In the past the Chevy service department I would go to would be intimidating and rude and that is never the case with anyone at this dealership. I was content with my previous car and most definitely didn't have the funds to purchase a car right now, but Bret and the team really welcomes you and treats you like family event when the customer (me) is in a horrific mood about purchasing a new car! Hi, I went to Route 46 to buy a new car. First I was looking for a new Nissan Versa and than I changed my mind and bought Nissan Sentra. Mr. Milton Hill was my Sales Rep. and he provided excellent se looking for a new Nissan Versa and than I changed my mind and bought Nissan Sentra. Mr. Milton Hill was my Sales Rep. and he provided excellent service. My first visit was to inquire about Nissan Versa and Milton was very courteous and provided excellent customer service and a great price. I did not buy the car at my first visit because I was not sure if I would like a Versa. After a week I decided to buy Nissan Sentra and I had considered other dealership to buy this car but I went back to Route 46 again because of the great service I got from Mr. Milton Hill in my first visit. In my second visit again Milton gave me a great price on Sentra and I bought my car. I would recommend this dealership because they provide good service and great price. If you do go to Route 46, ask for Mr. Milton Hill, he is one of the best Sales Rep. there. More

I think Eric was pretty new to system, hence won’t blame him for being so confused. He was with us till 6.30 and was not able to figure out what cars u have available in lot.And thats was really strange and disappointing. Next he then handed us back to Surge who was extremly un-professional with his handling of clients. After an hour he was able to show me some what similar car that i needed. Apart from all these hassles I did made a deal with you guys because i have already driven 4 hrs to come down to showroom. But I was extremely disappointed with the services you give. This was not enough, then your finance manager was brave enough to cheat us with unnecessary charges of $1500, for which we were never told either by Surge or your Nissan Sales manager(Sorry I forgot the name). Anyways we were able to catch those charges and we made the correct invoice. So again not a professional move where you don’t give all breakup to the customer and charge them blindly. Also I was forced to wait 3 hours on Saturday when i was promised to deliver my car, but at 11PM they said thats its not possible and you need to come back on Monday. When i requested that i should get at least by 9AM on Monday, all your salesperson were rude and ready to break the deal. More
Very good price on new 2014 Pathfinder, purchased Oct 3, 2013... BUT - 2.5 months after NissanUSA refunded them the $2495 extended warranty I cancelled, they have not refunded that money to me. - Nissan 2013... BUT - 2.5 months after NissanUSA refunded them the $2495 extended warranty I cancelled, they have not refunded that money to me. - Nissan46 overcharged state sales tax, which I caught them out on and, guess what, they have not refunded that. - They are also supposed to refund the overage on the $425 Registration fee. Nothing yet. After leaving a dozen messages with the Finance guy I dealt with at the time of the sale, I got a callback from Schuyler Miller (sales), who referred me to Paul in Finance. Lots of promises to get back to me with a full accounting but nothing since December. Last week I filed a complaint with NissanUSA, which will take it up with the dealership but, ultimately it will do nothing more than that. Why would anyone forewarned buy a vehicle from a dealership that conducts its business this way? More
There is so many things to say about Sergio. He is great person first of all. Second of all he is great sales person. Very interactive with customer. Help me get a car w/ in my budget.
