Typical car salesmen at this dealership. Went through TrueCar and got the guaranteed sales price for a Pathfinder. Got multiple emails from Kalvin Moncayo, and I followed up multiple times to confirm th TrueCar and got the guaranteed sales price for a Pathfinder. Got multiple emails from Kalvin Moncayo, and I followed up multiple times to confirm they had the exact vehicle I wanted in stock on the lot. He confirmed so I went down there right after. Met up with a salesman named Shawn, who said they did not have this vehicle in stock and I questioned why the internet rep stated they did, he said they always do that. Showed them their own Truecar certificate and had all the correct numbers listed. Was going to do a lease. This kid Shawn says the TrueCar price was only to BUY the car. I told him, no its not, and if wanted to call TrueCar he could, even states it directly on their own website. He and I both knew he was BS'ing since I already had the residual and money factor numbers correct. Couldn't even argue when he ran my credit and it was probably one of the highest numbers he's ever seen. The numbers were direct in his face and were correct and they knew it. After the typical back and forth to the manager, he came back with a sheet of inflated numbers with no breakdown and no explanation of why they aren't honoring their guaranteed price. Had a trade in too that they low balled but I had no problem wtih that since it wasn't contingent on this deal. Left without getting anything accomplished and contacted TrueCar who were very concerned that one of their "certified" dealers was not honoring the price and they stated they will be dealing with it shortly. What a nightmare experience. I was told I had 72 hours if I wanted to return the car. When I did they refused to take it. I also discovered that this thief donato made my contract 72 months instead of 60 li I wanted to return the car. When I did they refused to take it. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THESE THIEVES. I should've known when the cops were called there while I was there. The finance officer in the back was rude nd refused to take the BS window etching charge off the price. I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE...WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! More

The greatest thing about him is that he always follows up with me if everything is going well with my vehicle and seeing if he can do anything for me. I feel comfortable enough to be able to reach out to him if I have any issues or concerns to hear his opinion and see if he has a way to solve the issue. Whenever I go in for service with the car, he greets me with a wonderful smile and checks up on me and my vehicle. I had been exchanging emails with the "Internet Sales Consultant" about a certain vehicle in stock (as advertised on their website). I emailed him a specific time and day I would come in to submit my offer and see the vehicle. I was greeted by another salesman who went to get Kalvin for me. To my surprise before I even got to meet Kalvin the salesman told me: "That vehicle was sold earlier today." I left and never met Kalvin, who never thought it was important to tell me the vehicle was sold, OR apologize for the inconvenience. More
