I like to say that in all my experience purchasing new vehicles I never experienced a well honest trustworth sales man like I experienced with adrian roberts. I also want to say that he actually stayed alot of extra hours to help me with my purchase he didnt at all rush me and understanding in what my situation was. He has also made phones calls to see how I like my vehicle and if I ever have any questions or problems then I can call anytime. I love g oing to nissan an rogued knowing that adrian is there because he actually knows who I am when I walk through the door so he does make me feel like he isnt just a sales person but a friend that I can trust in owning a car that now I feel comfortable knowing that I have somene to call if I have an problems with the car and I know he will do his best to help me. It was quite busy and the process was going to take some time. He ordered pizza for my friend and I. It was gettting quite late and my friend needed to get home so he allowed me to use his personal vehicle to drive her home. He stayed after his time and when I returned everything was complete. The process was made very simple and clear and everything was thoroughly explained. I often hear of the negatives to the car buying process, but honestly, this was actually enjoyable. I believe that Edward "Eddie" Moran was definitely the best Sales Consultant any buyer can ever ask for. He listened and explained everything very clearly and simply. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars and didn't leave any question in my mind. He is one of the main reasons I returned to Route 46 Nissan. At the end we decided to make the deal with Adam. He has kept all his promises and was very helpful. If it wasn’t for Adam we probably would have never left with a car that day.
