Great Car, not so great service Despite the $2000 less amount on the internet, disguised as a customer loyalty program in fine print, we still got a great price on a 370Z convertible Despite the $2000 less amount on the internet, disguised as a customer loyalty program in fine print, we still got a great price on a 370Z convertible. However, I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from our rep, or the finance guy. We were simply asked how we liked the car. No detail of features, no walk around before taking it home. We never got a clear breakdown of how our traded vehicle factored in. Only that it really wasn't worth much, and that it would be auctioned. (Only to find that it is now selling for more than $13K on Route 46 Nissan's Lot!) Plus, while we were sitting in the showroom, salesmen were in a big argument dropping F bombs in front of all of the customers on the floor. We left a message for Bernard in Finance, who to this day, more than a week later, has not called us back. We spent extra money on the Wrap Warranty, and came home to realize, we didn't even have a brochure on it. We live in a different state, 2 hours away. So, driving back to get the brochure wasn't an option. We were there for nearly 5 hours, and just wanted to get back home with our beautiful new car. They DID get close to the payment amount we were trying to get to, however, it would have been nice to know how everything broke down. The car and the price would get a 5 star. Service would hit a 1 star. So we are rating it a 3 star average. More

Everything went downhill after I purchased brand new car from Route 46 Nissan dealership. They delivered the car to my house but did not paid the EZPass toll of $0.50 cents and I got the bill of $50.50. I went to this dealership and was assured from dealership manager that he will take care of this and that i do not need to pay. Instead 5 weeks later, i recieved overdue bill from EZPass requesting the payment. Reached out to him as he asked me to do if I have any issues, left him voice mail as well as email, no reply. Spoke to multiple people in the dealership, no reply. Reached out to Frank Tuckett VP of this dealership, no reply. Not only they ignored the issue that they caused, I got a defected navigation system in brand new car that I was requested by this service department to video record while I am driving since they could not figure it out. Horrible dealership! Stay away. All talk and do not deliver the service they claim they do. More

Full of lies and won't honor pricing they provide This dealership USED to be good. But my last experience here was just terrible. I have a pricing voucher supplied by RT46 Nissan IN WRITING. But when you go there they tell you they can't honor that price. Just a total waste of time. I will look to buy my cars elsewhere from now on.
