Overall, my experience was pretty good. Basically, if you deal with the right guy/gal you'll be in good hands. Otherwise beware. I would highly recommend using a different salesperson. In the service department, Dina Partyka was excellent and a pleasure to deal with. One thing that was very annoying and upsetting was that they have these "100% satisfaction guaranteed" signs up, but if you email or call the number posted for this nobody calls back. I tried several times to reach the VP Frank Tackett by email and phone and he never bothered to call me back. More
