From the moment I walked in, Mr. George Mack and Mr. Bernard Bertsch made me feel completely comfortable. They were a true dream team—friendly, incredibly knowledgeable about the Rogue's features (especially the safety tech and the updated interior), and absolutely zero pressure. They took the time to listen to what I needed in a vehicle, and never once pushed me toward a model or feature I didn't want.
