Bait and Switch BEWARE! I have never written an online review of any kind before. But after the experience that I had today, I felt like it was my civic duty to repor BEWARE! I have never written an online review of any kind before. But after the experience that I had today, I felt like it was my civic duty to report to you how awful my experience was today. I currently live about an hour and half away from this dealership. I called ahead of time, speaking with the online rep. to confirm everything was in order with the vehicle I was looking for. The lady on the phone was very nice and helpful. However, turns out, she was very misleading. I let her know I will be there in about an hour and a half and asked if she could have the vehicle ready for me. I get there, fill out some paperwork and I ask to see the truck. I then find out it was sold 20 minutes ago. But wait, there is another truck just like it and the manager promised to work with me for my inconvenience. I was promised over the phone to get the KBB value of my trade, plus up to 20% more. When i arrive, I get offered 7 thousand under what KBB says my trade is worth and the managers were not able to tell me why. I even went onto their computer and entered in my vehicles specs right in front of them, which confirmed the price I was looking for. Also, they were unwilling to negotiate the price of the vehicle i was looking to buy. I wasted 5+ hours of my life for the ol' bait and switch. Promised one thing to get you in the door, and was then told the opposite. This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Will never return to this dealership, nor any dealership owned by the same company. I will be telling everyone I know who is looking for cars to stay away. More
