Dis-honest, con-artists I bought a used 2007 Mercedes Benz C230 Sport from Route 46 Nissan in September 2014. It was my first time buying from a dealer so I was not that expe I bought a used 2007 Mercedes Benz C230 Sport from Route 46 Nissan in September 2014. It was my first time buying from a dealer so I was not that experienced with all their tricks. Before buying the car, I asked the sales person several times if the vehicle was ever in an accident. He kept saying no. He showed me what appeared to be a carfax report, but would not let me keep the copy. After purchasing the vehicle, I found out that it had been in a major auto accident that affected the alignment of the rear bumper, quarter panel and trunk lid. In order to correctly fix the issue, I would have to have a body shop replace the quarter panel, and rear bumper absorber including paint. I was so mad. The check engine light also came on exactly 1 month after having the vehicle and I had to have the camshaft adjuster magnets replaced. I contacted the dealer ship and they would not do anything. I had to make a complaint with BBB. THEY ALSO SHOWED ME A FAKE CARFAX!!! I ended up running my own carfax and it stated it had indeed been in an accident. I made a complaint with the attorney general office. I will never by a used car from them again. You may be able to get a brand new car with no problem and I would even be careful with that. I WOULD NOT BUY ANY USED CAR AT ALL. BE CAREFUL! I would not be surprised if the other 5 star dealerraters for this dealer are fake! More

I had experience some trouble with my transmission and had brought it in for a diagnostic check for confirmation. Doreen went above and beyond and had found that I had an active warranty for my transmission! She absolutely amazing an truly exemplified customer service. Dealing with her made the entire experience pleasurable. I would most definitely be coming back for any future services. Thank you so much Nissan 46, thank you Doreen! More

Deceptive Sales Call I received a call from a woman stating that they are calling to check the status of my loan application. She calls very official sounding from the Lo I received a call from a woman stating that they are calling to check the status of my loan application. She calls very official sounding from the Loan Department and gives a toll-free number to call back. My caller ID showed it to be Route 46 Nissan. This is quite a deceptive sales practice to get people to call back. I stopped car shopping about two months ago when I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. I never visited this dealership, nor put in a loan application. I probably only initiated contact via the Nissan web site with a couple local Nissan dealerships. More
