Deceptive Sales Call I received a call from a woman stating that they are calling to check the status of my loan application. She calls very official sounding from the Loan Department and gives a toll-free number to call back. My caller ID showed it to be Route 46 Nissan. This is quite a deceptive sales practice to get people to call back. I stopped car shopping about two months ago when I purchased a vehicle elsewhere. I never visited this dealership, nor put in a loan application. I probably only initiated contact via the Nissan web site with a couple local Nissan dealerships. More

Was in and out in about 2 hours with the car I wanted! I met with sales consultant Nancy Segui. She approached me as I walked in the doors. We quickly got to talking about the vehicle I would like. She took me for a test drive where I became sure I wanted an Altima. I was out the door with my car at a price I could afford in about than 2 hours from walking in the door. Our daughter’s 1st car-buying experience was quite positive, followed by another very positive experience when we purchased a 2nd vehicle within months. In both instances, we worked with Robert Scott (sales rep) and Richard Catalano (sales manager), who were absolutely personable and displayed utmost professionalism throughout. Robert and Rich were a primary reason we did not hesitate to return to this dealership. We specifically requested their assistance the 2nd time around. Kudos, and thank you again! These gentlemen are truly assets to your organization and gave us the sense that we indeed are valued customers. Although we presented a challenge on our 1st purchase when deciding to change the registered owner from our daughter to a parent AFTER having completed all the initial paperwork, Robert and Rich handled our requested change with continued professionalism and not once made us feel as though they were inconvenienced. We have visited the service department for routine service and must say that the process and team members, from scheduling an appointment through completion, have been favorable. Undoubtedly, we would recommend this dealership, Robert, and Rich to our 2 other children when they are ready to seek vehicles of their own. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! My family and I have leased more than 13 cars from this dealership for the past 15 years and we just love our experiences with the dealership and the My family and I have leased more than 13 cars from this dealership for the past 15 years and we just love our experiences with the dealership and the sales person, Nancy Segui. Nancy Segui and Michael Cibellis (Sales Director) have been the main reason why we are coming back to this dealership again and again. Recently, I brought my in-laws to re-lease another Altima (2016 model) when their 2013 Altima lease just ended and once again, Nancy and Michael provided us with great car shopping experiences and my in-laws were able to drive out with a brand new 2016 Altima within a few hours. Nancy S. always considered customer satisfactions as her #1 goal and she did her best to satisfy my in-laws' needs during the sales process. Nancy & Michael, thank you so much for all your help. You guys are AWESOME!!! More
Buyer beware . Brutal experience with the service department as they attempted to charge me $1,300 for just a power steering pump and hose. Ran the exact same job . Brutal experience with the service department as they attempted to charge me $1,300 for just a power steering pump and hose. Ran the exact same job against 3 other mechanics (including a friend that works at another Nissan dealership) and was told I was being overcharged by over $500. When I told 46 Nissan I would't be following through with them on the job, I was charged a $171 "diagnostic fee". So essentially they overcharge you and then assume that you'll just pay because you're already in for this ridiculous fee. When I challenged them on the fee, I just got a shrug. I decided to pay it and get serviced elsewhere and I'm still saving hundreds of dollars by not getting serviced here. I highly recommend doing your research elsewhere before considering this dealership for service. More
