When we arrived we were lucky enough to deal with Jason Patterson. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and funny. He went out of his way to make sure we got an amazing car that fit out budget. He and Wagner, from the finance division, worked very hard to make sure we drove off with a new car and smiles on our faces. I cant recommend this place enough. Thanks for the lesson learned I have been thinking for over two months on how my complaints would be the most effective. I bought a new SUV back in February and the experience was I have been thinking for over two months on how my complaints would be the most effective. I bought a new SUV back in February and the experience was that of many other one star reviews. Complaining to this dealership is useless; they have been swindling people for so long that they have mastered not to leave a paper trail. So the following steps are for the unsuspected customer to not get tricked. If you have to get your vehicle from Rt 46 Nissan because of color or features, I understand. Now you find the color and features you want through there computer and if it’s in stock you have to go look at it. Okay, step one: The new vehicles are not kept on the main lot so they drive you 20 minuets down the road behind best buy. When you are checking out the vehicle, take a picture of the window sticker. You will need the picture later on during financing. Now your back at the salesman’s desk and here is where everyone dreads the back and for. The salesman uses a little piece of scrap to write down the price you want then the counter offer and so on. Here is where you have to pay attention. Make sure that your agreed upon price for purchasing the new vehicle and if trading-in are correct on that scrap paper. Make your salesman circle and sign the prices you agreed to. Ask for a photocopy of that scrap paper. Now to financing, this is where you will need that picture you took of the window sticker. When they print out the paper work you will have to ask for the print out of the itemized break down on how the came to the selling price. They won’t just give it to you because this is where they hide costs. Compare the itemized break down to the picture of the window sticker to make sure you’re not double paying for things like the destination charge or getting charged for things you don’t have like window etching. Also double check your photocopy of the scrap paper to make sure they match. If my review helps only a handful of people, it still means that this dealership did rip them off. PS. To the customer service rep (Mrs T.F.) don’t bother commenting with a reply because you were no help either. I only get fooled once, and hold a grudge forever. Thanks for the lesson learned More

Aweful - felt like they were playing games with me After finding a vehicle online, I contact the dealer to see if it was available. I was told it was and that I could come and see it. When we got to the delearship - the car had been sold 10 minutes earlier. Three days later, we found another vehicle and I called again to make sure the car was available, I was told it was and we set off again to dealership to take a look at the car, when we got there we were told by Mr. Bastardo that he had good news and bad news - the good news was that the car was still available, the bad news was that the car was in the service shop and someone had taken the keys home so we couldn't look at it. He told us to come back the following afternoon. I tried several time to call Mr. Bastardo to confirm and all I got was voicemail. I then called and spoke with someone else who assured me that car was there, and they had the key and we could come and see the car. We proceeded to the dealership only to arrive and have Mr. Bastardo say, " I don't know where it went, it was here 10 minutes ago." I must admit, we lost our patience and took off. A simple "the car is no longer available would have been acceptable, making us waste or time and travelling needless back and forth - NOT COOL. Will never be back again! My time is just as valuable as theirs! More

The new Murano caught my eye, but it was right next to a new 2014. I liked the 2014 better than the new version, and my salesman Rob Scott was thorough in explaining the incentives that were available on the 2014 version. I enjoyed all of the sales interaction I had with Rob. He did not rush or make me feel pressured in any way. It was a pleasure dealing with him. He worked with me to find just the right Murano. The Nissan survey did not reflect my actual dealing and interaction with Rob - he was one of the best car salesmen I have ever dealt with. If you are looking for a car, I highly recommend seeking out Rob Scott. I love my Murano! More
