Route 60 Hyundai is the worst dealership I purchased a Hyundai Elantra at Route 60 Hyundai. After all the papers were signed I realized that they charged me $3,355 over the sticker price. I I purchased a Hyundai Elantra at Route 60 Hyundai. After all the papers were signed I realized that they charged me $3,355 over the sticker price. I immediately contacted my salesman who told me via text that it was a mistake, that I was 100% right and that it would be corrected - and it was not the way the dealership did business. When I went back the general manager and finance person tried to say that this wasn't the amount I paid at the end even though it is clearly stated on the contract (in fact there are two different amounts on two different documents). They would not correct the documents and would not admit that they did a bait and switch. I wrote to the owners of the dealership and have heard nothing back - they just don't care. I have contacted the Florida Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau since this is fraudulent activity. I will not rest until I get my money back. BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP - THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS! More

My salesman, David, was very personable and knowledgeable without being obnoxious or pushy. He listened to my needs and presented me with options to aid my decision making. My husband and I took turns driving during our test drive. David was able to guide us to different road conditions as well as driving speeds. We enjoyed the drive and loved the car. Back at the dealership, we got down to business. Met the owner of the dealership who treated us like family. We were offered beverages and snacks while working with financing. At the end, we were satisfied with the deal we agreed to. The exact car color that I wanted was not on the premises, but pickup was arranged for the following morning. David went to another dealership, drove the car to Route 60, and called to let me know the car was ready for pickup. It was immaculate, and had a beautiful gold bow on the hood. I love my new Tucson and my new dealership! More
