Between his hard work and with the finance department (shout-out to Lea!) I was able to get an amazing first car. However, I purchased the appearance preparation plan that is less than expected. I understand that I purchased the vehicle with the expectation that I would take it with me that day. The first round of the exterior and interior protection did not meet expections. Several areas were missed and they took the vehicle back to correct the issues. It's obvious that several areas on the dash etc. are still without the needed coverage and the exterior "teflon" treatment was hastily applied. Love the Explorer! More
