After an initial misunderstanding via text to the general facility, I went in to the showroom and was luckily greeted by Lee. He took care of everything swiftly (including getting my car of interest brought up from Westbrook), and did it all with a good sense of humor. Jim in the finance office even made that experience light hearted and as fun as that situation can be.
