Worked hard and today I drove off the lot with a 2017 Hyundai Elantra SE!! I was blesses to have the same salesman. Chris Goulette is the best, Sales manager is great and Lea in finance went above and beyond to ensure the deal would work for me. Everyone at Rowe is great and their service department is famtastic too!! I highly recommend. More
GHOST HOAX? In the last couple of months I've spent with them in a Tiguan over $3,500. Each time the cost was way superior to the initial budget, but I was called In the last couple of months I've spent with them in a Tiguan over $3,500. Each time the cost was way superior to the initial budget, but I was called, accepted and then paid. This week I brought again the car because the sunroof shade headliner was unglued in one side, but working. We agreed that they would look at it and let me know if it could be repaired with no big investment. I was called few hours later with an offer for repair of another $2,000 ($500 list price of materials, rest of labor). It is curious to me that always I end paying between $1,500 and $2,000. I said I did not want to repair it and went to pick the car up. And the nightmare began.... The fabric was just not unglued. It was not only not working anymore. The fabric was broken, the mechanic system not working anymore and visible damaged. Someone had definitively broke it much more that it was. When I complained, I was told by the Service Manager, to have a little of patience, that she would try VW to pay for it (why VW would admit that??????) and she would talk with her people. I was called and been said that VW didn't want to pay the repair (surprise????) and that her people told her that nobody had touched anything and that she would make me $300 off of the repair. Of course I said no and asked to talk with the GM. Making a long story short, the GM repeated the script of needing some patience for talking with his guys and he would let me know, ending with an offer of $700 of of the repair, and not given any explanation of why the shade headliner had appeared so much damaged than when I left ( a bunch of junk according to his own words). No answer, just $700 off... It was also very curios that the Service guy who saw together with me the car when I left it and when I came to pick it up was not consulted but put apart of the whole investigation (maybe because he was a notary of what has happened?) Of course I did not repaired it, and of course they will not see me anymore, nor my money. So, be careful, they may have spooks working in making them bigger repairs but they won't respond for them....just...maybe....they try to give you a discount in a very inflated offer. More

Semi unhappy Sales person was very nice but 1. I wanted a specific color and interior for the vehicle. Was told it wasn't made in black on black. After looking onl Sales person was very nice but 1. After looking online and finding one at another dealer ship he went online to see if it was stock made. I was told it would have to be built and the at the other dealership must of been custom. 2. He tried selling me a vehicle that had a cooked battery. It died while testing driving it and he had to come jump start it. He then showed me the vehicle that I purchased. I was over it at that time and just wanted to leave. 3. I got home with my new vehicle and noticed there was a good size patch of rust and missing paint on my door. I emailed that night(Saturday) and got a call back on Monday. I brought my vehicle back in a (30 mins drive to the dealer ship for them to take a "picture". I had sent them one in the email. They never took a picture. They set up an appointment to have it fixed. Then drove back home 30 mins. I then had to bring the vehicle back the next week. 30 mins to the dealership again and leave my brand new vehicle there for 4 days. They did give me a loaner free of charge but I had to fill the tank back up before I returned it. I wasted so much gas, time, had to leave work early and pay for someone to watch my child. However I am thankful they fixed the vehicle and now just worry about the "fix" not lasting and being screwed later on down the road. I know it's not their fault. 4. Also when trading in my car I wanted them to pay my balance. I owed $8,600 on the car. They told me they would give $7,500. Knowing I was going to walk away they decided they would give me $8,500 but wasn't worth the $8,600. My car was in perfect condition and had very low miles on it. So I took the $8,500 not knowing any better. I went to pick my vehicle after getting it fixed and saw my old car marked at $12,500. Like they couldn't of just paid my vehicle off for me. That's car sales men for you! It's just frustrating with this being my first ever new car experience don't know if I would do it again. More
