Krysta kept us updated as to vehicles on the lot, vehicles available through a dealership search and vehicles and costs for a 2020 Escalade. We finally bought one which had come from a different dealer but was now located at Royal in Tucson. Thanks to her, it fits our needs perfectly. My wife is partially disabled and Krysta was instrumental in getting accessible equipment which had been installed in our 2014 Escalade removed and installed in the new Escalade. She also made us aware of a substantial discount available through GM which helped us in buying the new vehicle. In short, all through a lengthy process, she was there to "hold out hand" in completing the transaction to our total satisfaction. More

The sales associate ( Krysta Diaz) was prepared when we arrived and was able answer every question we had and could demonstrate and explain every aspect of the vehicle. She was simply awesome! The Royal automotive team does it right, no pressure, sale associates are well trained and respectful. They mark the vehicles with their best price up front and you only have to negotiate the trade in if you have one. They were fair and honest every step of the way. Follow up support has been top notch. We were so impressed that we went back and purchased a 2019 GMC Acadia two weeks later.
