He listened and corrected the problems when I had some difficulties at first with my purchase, he displayed some humor and was very accommodating when I needed special requests (EX: needing a ride to the dealership, came to my work office to collect needed documents, speeding the paperwork along due to my prior responsibilities) but most of all he was a very trustworthy and a very friendly guy who I could truly rely on!!! When it came time for me to purchase, I gave Royal a shot. From the sales dept to the service dept I can not believe the quality of service. I know they don't have every car you might want, put if you don't at least give them a try, I will tell you, its your loss. I recommend Rachel in Sales and her supervisor, Trey. Chad in service, and Jerry as an excellent diagnostician also in service. Sorry if this sounds like a ad but they were over the top! More
