After receiving a call from Kim a couple days later, I decided to go back and Voila, She shows me this beautiful BMW which I fell in love with. It was a very low mileage vehicle and I just had to have it. So I purchased the car and a few days later some problems with the vehicle showed up... it had a few issues. But as soon as I called Kim, she and the staff promptly took care of them.
