He immediately made me feel welcome and was straight about how Royal Kia does business. The dealership closed officially before we got to test drive anything, but Sean didn't hesitate to help me find the perfect car. I even got to take the Mazda I was looking at home for a few days! Sadly the bank said no to the Mazda and we moved onto another car which I also got to take home for a couple days. After countless nos from lenders we finally got a yes, and for the Nissan Versa I now own. It took a few days, but I had a great experience with Royal Kia and Sean. Sean kept me updated all around so we didn't waste time in the dealership. I didn't expect the service they gave me when I came in and that's a big part of why I will definitely come back when I need a new car! More

Now that Beto has promoted to management, he now refers us to a salesperson when we come in, which is how we met Everett Griggs. Everett is a hard-working family man who is friendly, professional, and could probably pull off a 2nd job as a stand-up comedian. Being a vehicle enthusiast and very detail oriented, I fully realize that I can be a difficult customer, yet these guys worked well past closing time to get us what we needed. I have and would absolutely continue to recommend them and Royal to anyone. More

Old Hummer Dealer Royal KIA on Speedway used to be a Buick and Hummer dealer. I purchased my H3 there in 2008 and Dave Loper was the service advisor. Dave was always a friendly service expert who I trusted with my H3. I wish GM still made the Hummer, I would have purchased a new one by now. Dave still provides expert service help when needed. He is like family to deal with. More

In the interaction with my family and Everett there were as many laughs as we have at a family get together. He never pushed us to buy any car or any add-on. He knows what a car means to people and is extremely patient (We are very indecisive). When I go in for an oil change we catch up and share a laugh. He takes car salesman to a new level, and it's not even a choice to only see him from now on. I wouldn't think about going to anyone else.
