She's the ONLY CAR SALES PERSON I HAVE EVER ACTUALLY ENJOYED TALKING / DEALING WITH. She is NOT annoying or pushy or fake. We called about 10 different dealerships in search of a used minivan. Most of them didn't even call back. The ones who did were pushy and annoying. But Melissa called back right away and was ON IT!! :-) And she's funny and REAL and easy to talk to. Very RARE. There was an issue with the Forever Warranty and we thought we were going to have to walk away from the van we wanted. But Melissa fought for the warranty, didn't take NO for an answer... and kept fighting until we were happy. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER CAR FROM ANYONE EXCEPT MELISSA AT ROYAL KIA! Second Time Around I must comment. I purchased a used 2013 Kia Soul in 2014. I crashed my car in late September this year. My sales rep in 2014 had shown a great deal of I must comment. I purchased a used 2013 Kia Soul in 2014. I crashed my car in late September this year. My sales rep in 2014 had shown a great deal of patience and consideration with me and I was a bit saddened to find he is no longer at Royal Kia. Tom Rice, however, was just as tremendous! I already had a vehicle in line to purchase at another dealership, I had my heart set on a truck or 6 cylinder SUV, but felt I owed a visit to Royal Kia to see if any trucks were on the lot. I set up a time with Tom and his attentive but no pressure sales skills calmed me. As he was retrieving the Nissan Frontier on your lot for a test drive, I noticed the 2017 Kia Soul at my side. I thought, the Soul was a great car, - in fact the only service calls were routine maintenance and a battery. The Royal Kia service group is courteous and direct - and the visits to the dealership were always a pleasant experience. After discussing further with Tom about my needs, I decided the 2017 Soul was my best option. I left more satisfied and loyal a customer than when I came in. My financing terms were unbelievably great, but more importantly I feel part of the Royal Kia family and foresee the dealership to be my only dealership for my auto purchases. More

He has a great people person attitude and although he was not at his 'home base' dealership, he provided excellent customer service. We were Jim Click customers, in fact we went to see a car across the street but they forgot to get it to the dealership, their loss. We wanted to have our mechanic check it out and Royal Kia let us take if for a day - no fuss, no problems. We purchased the vehicle and are very pleased.
