Pleasant, thorough I had lots of trepidation in purchasing a car. It had been a long time since I was in a dealership and was feeling very cautious. The first time I went to Royal Kia, I just wanted to sit in a Soul (based on ratings that was the car I thought I would like). I wasn't pushed to take a test drive, which make me want to go back to the same sales person, Juan Vazquez. The second time, I didn't take a test drive either, I just wanted information. Juan answered my questions, and I left so I could think about things. His patience and pleasant way of being made this a good experience. Now, I'm driving a new Kia Soul and loving it. I chose to have the Surface Science treatment on the car. I took it back to the service department, and had the same service as I did in the show room. They took the car in a quick, friendly, personable manner (which was happening with other customers as well) and I received a call when the work was done. I feel as if I've made a good decision going to Kia. More

We were so impressed by what this dealership has to offer and Juan found us some great vehicles to look at. We ended up buying a Kia Sportage that is the perfect fit for our family and even got a monthly payment well under what we were expecting. Whenever we can get to the point of getting a 2nd vehicle, we will definitely go to Juan and I am telling everyone I know that if they need a new vehicle.. go see him! We really have felt like we have been welcomed into a family, not something you will find anywhere else! More
