Amazing! I had the best time buying my new car. Terra Contessa was awesome. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. It was honestly like buying a car from a I had the best time buying my new car. When there were waiting times for paperwork to be processed she didn't leave us, she stayed visited and we joked, told stories and had a great time. To top it all off when all was said and done she DROVE MY CAR to my home for us so no extra planning was needed to get the car home. THEN when she arrived she took some extra time to explain to me the buttons and controls of my car, as it was a different model then the one I test drove. This was the first dealership I went to, and after speaking with them, I didn't have any desire to go somewhere else River went above and beyond trying to find options that fit my budget and style. After narrowing it down to two cars, he let me take one home for a couple of days to see if I liked it. While I really loved the car, I was really struggling to make a decision! River was very patient, and didn't rush me to make a decision at all. In fact, he let me take the car for a couple more days so I can be completely sure about my decision!! I ended up with a car that fit almost all of my style preferences as well as my budget. The prices for their cars are extremely fair, and they aren't trying to play games or squeeze the most money out of you they can. One of the best experiences buying a car we have had. We came into the dealership for a test drive of a used Kia Sportage, had a appointment. Met by Russell Rodriguez and was informed someone else had pu We came into the dealership for a test drive of a used Kia Sportage, had a appointment. Met by Russell Rodriguez and was informed someone else had put a deposit on the car, felt disappointed but this happens. Russell immediately went into high gear with the desire to find us a car, he asked questions, he listened to our story and we were impressed. We tried a couple cars but none fit. Then Russell brought in his boss and appraiser who really liked our old car and helped search other listings. The team came up with a beautiful, just traded in Sorrento. We test drove it, we walked around it, I never opened the hood because it only looks like starship enterprise under the hood so why bother. The car ran beautifully, it checked off almost every box on my hoped for list and we asked for the best offer, received a very generous trade in for the old car and accepted the final price. I can only say everybody in the dealership was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Russell knows his job and performed above and beyond was necessary. His final gift to my wife of a dozen roses was the cherry on the top and made my wife very happy. The car is running beautifully, I will recommend Royal to my friends and a final thank you to Russell, you did a great job and we thank you. More
