Our test drive was late in the day, and we were the last people there. It was a long day for everyone, but Ariel was great throughout. We had some follow-up items on our purchase, and Ariel really came through and got us the items requested. I would definitely buy from Ariel and Royal Kia again, and would recommend Ariel and Royal Kia to friends. More

I came, I saw, I purchased. Easy peasey. I have gone through a few other dealers over the years, and always left with a headache, frustration, and felt forced and rushed. If I did not buy you I have gone through a few other dealers over the years, and always left with a headache, frustration, and felt forced and rushed. If I did not buy you could not get out the door without talking to several "Managers" with a better deal.... Never got a deal.... I walked into this Royal dealership and was like greeted and offered coffee, popcorn and pastries.... Then looked around, asked a few questions and was told here is the deal, boom. no hassle. Good deal too. I have returned to this dealership 3 times now. Just for kicks I went to another dealer to look and ask few questions, the next thing I knew there were 3 guys, one a "manager" and they were blocking the door. I finally got out and drove straight to TOM RICE at this Royal Kia dealership and bought my 3rd card from them. NO HASSLE ! ! ! ! More

I kept putting it off because of my past experiences in dealing with car dealerships it made me so hesitant at the very thought of having to deal with anything to do with purchasing a new vehicle. My experience was absolutely the best ever! No pressure, no stress, found the best deal and even delivered my vehicle to my home!! Melissa was such a pleasure to work with and a down to earth person.. You walk away feeling like you have known her your whole life. She completely puts you at ease and is up-front and honest. If you have had those horrible experiences with car dealerships, as for Melissa, she will make your day and experience a pleasurable one. Thank you Melissa for all you did! More

The Definition of a Quality Salesman Shopping for a car is almost never a pleasant experience. Although, browsing vehicles online, finding them at the lot, test driving them and playing w Shopping for a car is almost never a pleasant experience. Although, browsing vehicles online, finding them at the lot, test driving them and playing with all of the cool gadgets they come with can be REALLY FUN, but it's usually accompanied with a salesman/saleswoman that seems to be a little pushy. They start overselling the car to the point where you don't even want it anymore. Not that the car is any less awesome, but the sales member turned you off on the idea of buying it simply because of how they represented the dealership. However, going to Royal Kia, I was pleasantly surprised at how non-aggressive the entire process was. From the moment I met Matt, he was welcoming. It took a little bit of time to figure out what I wanted but we wound up driving to a different lot (where some other cars are being stored during the construction) and I found the Kia Soul I wanted. The next time we set up to meet to go over financing and paperwork, Matt was out sick so River stepped up to take care of completing the process. The change in sales members wasn't a bad thing as River caught up quickly and made sure to keep things moving forward as painlessly as possible. The car I wanted had unfortunately been sold before I was able to secure it with a deposit so River worked his magic and found me the same car in a color I wanted but it was in Phoenix. He drove up that day to bring it home to me and I signed the paperwork the following day. River stepping up, being sincerely apologetic for having to switch sales people and for the car being sold, taking the time to listen to what I wanted, understanding where I wanted to be financially and actually getting me under the number we agreed upon, was ultimately the reason I decided to purchase the car. I have never had a car buying experience where I felt like I was getting more than I asked for, for less than I wanted to pay! Thanks to Matt for helping me find the car I wanted and Thanks to River for sealing the deal. I am now driving a 2017 Black Kia Soul + with all the bells and whistles! I love my car. I love my payment. I love Royal Kia and the staff I dealt with. Now, to close, I feel like you should know the definition of a quality salesman: River- 1. a natural stream of water of fairly large size flowing in a definite course or channel or series of diverging and converging channels. 2. a young, friendly, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, calming, funny, perfect male who everyone should purchase their car from at Royal Kia.
