Exceptional experience buying a car from River!! River went above & beyond to first introduce himself & get to know us & our needs. We wanted to see a certain van but it had already been sold because River went above & beyond to first introduce himself & get to know us & our needs. We wanted to see a certain van but it had already been sold because he had already asked the correct questions he brought another van that he thought would fit all our needs & was newer, had warranties & more options it was priced a bit more but was exactly what we wanted & needed. He took us on a test drive accommodating our baby car seat & all. The car drove really good and he knew a lot about the car's options & made it a very pleasant test drive. River really knows his stuff he answered all our questions & found out what he didn't. I would highly recommend Royal but most of all would recommend River. Will be only going to him for all our car needs. Thank you so much River!! We love our new Van:) More

NEVER BUY A CAR HERE I and my husband bought a car from Royal Kia two weeks before Christmas it is now May 11, 2017 they call us every month it seems like because somethi I and my husband bought a car from Royal Kia two weeks before Christmas it is now May 11, 2017 they call us every month it seems like because something is always wrong with the paperwork on the car that we had purchased back in December you would think they would have it done correctly knowingly it's a car dealership the first time or maybe even the second time but for months later they still haven't got all the paperwork later I have to go there every month it seems like to get something done on their parts or doing something wrong they have put mine in my family and emotional bind. Also they have a sales lady named Melissa that is very rude if you do buy a car from Kia royal ask for Marvin is located at the other royal shop on 22nd and Columbus. More

Great experience I was very excited with the car I picked out. I felt that I was listened to and wasn't sold at like other dealerships. There was a small incident with my trade in taking longer than expected, but I understand with new employees things can be missed easily. I felt that River was very concerned for my time since I had to be at work later that day, and he did what he could to make things go faster. Things did go kind of slow in the beginning, but I was okay with that since I was very nervous with my first car buy that I needed the time to calm down. Overall I had a good experience, far better than I had at other dealerships for sure. More
