WOW what an employee and dealership!!! While on vacation our Kia Sorento had transmission trouble and we took it to Royal Kia in Tucson AZ. Mr. Scott Maher diagnosed the problem quickly and While on vacation our Kia Sorento had transmission trouble and we took it to Royal Kia in Tucson AZ. Mr. Scott Maher diagnosed the problem quickly and informed us that it would take three days for the part to come in. He then assigned us a 2016 Kia as a loaner car for our use until our vehicle was fixed, Mr. Maher was awesome in his knowledge, professionalism,and conduct as well a his treatment and concern for us. He is an exemplary and valuable employee. By the way all other employees we interacted with were awesome also! What a dealership!!!!! More

Absolutely AWESOME This was our first purchase on our own, we were a bit nervous and skeptical to say the least. And then we met our salesman Russell Rodriguez. Right from the get go Russell makes you feel welcomed and not pressured at all to make a purchase, which was a huge relief for us. We were nervous about being persuaded into buying something we didn't want or need, and Russell quickly assured us that we were in the drivers seat through out the whole process. He answered all of our questions, ridiculous as they may have been. He made sure we understood every step of the buying process. Then we bought the car. Usually you expect this to be the last encounter with your salesman. Not the case with Russell. He mentioned how he wanted to get us a better rate on our loan, which sounded great but we knew he is a busy man and the likelihood of this happening would be small. Then 1 week after our purchase we get a phone call from Russell stating how he found us a better rate. He didn't forget about us after all... Upon arriving at this dealership I was promptly greeted by Anchcoret Clark, and that was the beginning of my good fortune. Anchoret is an incredible saleswoman, she has an easy going manner that put me at ease during what could have been a very stressful experience. At no point in the buying process did I ever feel pressured into purchasing anything I did not want. I came to this dealership with a budget that I needed to maintain and Anchoret was instrumental in getting me the car that I wanted for a price that I could afford. Buying your first brand new car is a nerve wrecking experience, but our guy Dave was extremely helpful, patient, kind, and honest. He didn't talk down to us, answered my 500 questions, gave us all our options and the pros and cons of each one. When we needed to hurry at the end to pick up our son from school, he nagged the detail crew and took the wrap for us. (Even though I'm pretty sure he saw our Darth Vader steering wheel cover on our crappy old trade in and wanted it for his soon to be Tacoma after we stupidly left it behind.) The finance gurus are amazing and helped us get a competive rate to actually fit our budget. We couldn't be happier with our new vehicle!
