We talked about what car I might be interested in in the future. Based on that discussion, over the next 5 months or so Peter would keep me posted on current deals. Low pressure and always available. When Peter proposed a deal he knew I would be interested in, we agreed on a price in about 5 minutes. In a few days Peter delivered the car to my home. This whole interaction could not have been easier. Peter is personable, smart and eager to please. Job well done. Great as usual Sadly I am a sucker for a new car and they always seem to know when I am bored with the "old" one. So I just got my 3rd Kia from Royal in 5 yrs. There is nothing wrong with the cars, I just find something I need on the new ones. I have had 2 super fun Souls, a '12 and a '14. Now I have my adult (at 68yrs old) AWD '17 Sportage. My insurance actually went down, I figure due to the safety features and safety record of Kia. The cars are amazing for the price, as is the warranty. All the people I have dealt with are great, this time Melissa and Craig. They really do not pressure you at Royal, at least not like other dealers on commission. This time they were trying to meet their goals and who am to not help them out...I buy Girl Scout cookies too. I live within a couple of miles of the other Kia dealer in town but would never buy a car there. I will drive half way across town first . And I do all my service at Royal Kia, again great folks and service. Thank you all. More
