Of course, this is a big step in one's life that takes a lot of consideration, and I was lucky enough to have my first experience in the world of auto loans and financing be very straightforward and overall, pleasant. I didn't get exactly the car I wanted, as it had sold just the day before (these are the hazards of waiting!), but I did get a car that I know is absolutely perfect, even if the color wasn't exactly my first choice. I was given exact numbers to work with to figure out whether my budget would allow the purchase, and anything I didn't quite understand was explained to me politely and without pressure. I was able to take my time to ensure that I understood exactly what I was getting myself into, and I didn't have to deal with daily phone calls badgering me to make a decision. I got a brand new car that I love already for a great price. I appreciate the time Tom took to help me through this often stressful event in a way that left me completely content with my final decision. More

Because it was a Saturday and I arrived later in the afternoon, Tom was getting the paperwork together and his co-workers chipped in asking if he needed copies of paperwork delivered to finance or to inspect the vehicle we were trading in. I really liked the teamwork. Tom never rushed anything, took his time to make sure we understood warranties and additional optional services that we might want. He also answered all of our questions. I have recommended other family members and friends to Royal and will continue to do so. This is my 5th Kia purchased from this dealer over the last 16 years. More

I was trading in a very old Volvo and had no title, so it was not a particularly easy transaction, but Melissa followed through with me until the very end when I drove out with the car I had wanted for the last two years. Everything was upfront, honest and patient on Melissa's part. I had not purchased a new car since 1983, so I needed lots of help. The Manager who helped us was also terrific. All in all Royal Kia was a wonderful place to buy a car. More

When he delivered my Kia to my home he took lots of time explaining and showing me how to use the different things. After it was all over he even hugged me which I thought was so very nice. (And I'm not a young thing either!) Not many young men would do that in today's world. I can say with all honesty, he is one in a million and I think is a BIG asset to Royal. I had heard several nice compliments about Royal and their dealership and now I believe it. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!. Thank you!!! More
