Beware. Do NOT consider the extra warranty if buying a used car. A year in, after a $2K price tag on a useless warranty, I'm already out $700+ for a hatch latch that won't open and a faulty seatbelt/airbag sensor that constantly bongs because it's not connecting properly. Feeling scammed. More

Upon arriving I was made to feel welcome and Matt actually listened to what I wanted. He researched some possibilities for me and told me he had a car he felt would work. Little did he know he was showing me exactly what I wanted but thought was out of reach. Between Matt and Jen, my dreams came true... they worked hard for it to happen and appreciate all they did for me. I will definitely recommend Royal Kia to anyone looking for a car. I came into Royal Kia by myself, as a college student in a bind, needing a new car that would be reliable and within my specific price range. After days of hassling with disingenuous dealers and dealerships, I ended up at Royal Kia and came in expecting nothing more than the same stressful experience I had gotten for the past couple days elsewhere. However, Royal was nothing like this! It was by far the absolute best experience I have ever had at a dealership! This was 100% due to working with Justin Rade. He was not only completely professional, but positive and sincere in making sure I found the right car for me without being pushy and made sure to provide me with all of the information I could ask for! He went above and beyond in helping me figure out my insurance, following up to see how I was liking the car, and scheduling future service appointments. I honestly can say I have never had such an enjoyable experience and I cannot recommend Justin and Royal Kia enough!! More

She was not phony or pushy which tends to be the norm in the car sales industry. She was very helpful and took care of all the details in a prompt manner.
