A very personable sales person. We came in to just look, as we were interested in getting a used vehicle. Alfred was so helpful in showing us a vehicle that we went for a test ride. I first spoke With Tera Bolton(she was very nice and helpful) she was going over my options f I went to Royal Kia on 6/8/16 looking for a new vehicle. I first spoke With Tera Bolton(she was very nice and helpful) she was going over my options for different cars and recommended the Kia Sportage. I didn't feel any pressure when speaking with her, she answered all my questions with ease. I loved her. She was able to set the ground work for the process. I went back the next day and spoke with a very nice salesmen named Brandon Thornberry. He was able to answer any further questions we had on any of his vehicles on the lot. We Decided on the Kia Sportage(recommended by Tera) Brandon took us for a test drive and we loved the car. He made the whole process very easy for us. We ran into some problems in the beginning and Brandon kept in constant contact with us. He was very professional and very nice. He did Everything he could to get us into the Sportage. After a couple days he called us with the good news and told us to come down and pickup the car. He called us a few days later just to make sure we were still happy and if we had any question! 5 STAR SERVICE! GREAT JOB GUYS!!! More

When we came back the next day, we were introduced to Tera, who helped my family in the purchase of our 2015 Kia Sorento. Our 14 month old was a terror to shop with. She wasn't having any of the paperwork process. Instead, she wanted to run through the show room. Tera entertained our daughter and took all of the pressure off of a disgruntled baby. This was the best car purchase I have ever made. I wasn't pressured or forced into anything I couldn't afford. My time was valued and I left with an amazing car. Now that I just made the first payment, I wanted to come back and thank the amazing sales woman who helped me. Thank you so much Tera! More

Best Buying Experience Ever I had gone to several other dealerships and was not being listened to, have them insist they knew what was best for me, and price gouging... I was beyond frustrated then my boyfriend suggested Royal Kia and I am so glad he did. I checked out the website and emailed for details ... Melissa responded immediately and we set an appointment for that day. I knew what I wanted and my budget, Melissa never tried to pressure me into anything more and help me get to my price point by repeatedly going and pleading my case to the manager on site. I drove away in a new car with more options than I had expected that day. Thank you I will not only recommend Royal but specifically Melissa Shelley to everyone I know!!!
