Melissa called me at 10am Monday, asked me what I wanted and said she'd get right on it. By the time I got home from work that afternoon I had an email with information about a car that fit my requirements. I was unable to get to the dealership so she brought the car to me! I drove it around town and really liked it. She offered to show me other cars and at no time did I ever feel pressured to buy. Tuesday Melissa picked me up from work, got lunch for me, and brought me to Royal Kia to complete the paperwork. By 6:15pm I drove my 2015 Dodge Dart off the lot and into my life. Not only was Melissa's service genuine but her attention to detail was impeccable.
