Five Stars I highly recommend Royal Kia to EVERYONE...We stopped in to just have a look at their used vehicles and found exactly what we were looking for…but wan I highly recommend Royal Kia to EVERYONE...We stopped in to just have a look at their used vehicles and found exactly what we were looking for…but wanted to check out other car dealerships and lots. After visiting several other dealerships, we returned that same day to Royal Kia due in large part to the friendly, knowledgeable and laid back sales experience while there the first time. I also appreciated the interest and respect showed to me. Our sales person Marcus was very informative and we were impressed with his friendly demeanor. While helpful, he wasn’t your typical pushy sales person. It made for one of the BEST car buying experiences EVER. Buying was relaxing, positive, fast and easy. Ending with me driving away in my new car and I absolutely love! Pretty close to the ideal car shopping experience! After doing a fair bit of shopping around, I decided I wanted a new Kia Soul. I brought my other half in on Saturday morning, and while waiting for t After doing a fair bit of shopping around, I decided I wanted a new Kia Soul. I brought my other half in on Saturday morning, and while waiting for them to pull the car I wanted, she found herself a used one with very low mileage for a steal. Marcus was incredibly professional, and made sure that despite being at the dealership for 8 hours (Buying 2 cars at once is quite the process), it never felt like we were forgotten or unimportant. Marcus was great about answering questions and explaining all of the little things we needed to know. I was somewhat less than organized with my info, yet he managed to get everything taken care of flawlessly. The only reason I dinged one point from Customer service is that I missed an important appointment 2 days later when I had the car in for accessory installation. I let them know when I brought the car in at 9:30 AM that I had to pick it up by 2:15, and it wasn't a flexible time. When I called them at 2:00, they said it wasn't going to be ready until 3 or possibly a bit after. It would have been nice if they had given me a call when they knew it wasn't going to be done on time. Also, the vehicle wasn't ready until 3:30, but by then, it was far too late. I was lucky that I found someone to cover for me at the appointment. The point dinged is strictly for the service department, and should in no way reflect on Marcus or any of the other members of the sales team. That said, we absolutely adore our new cars, and thank you again Royal Kia! More
