brandon thornberry is the absolute best! to be honest, i was set on purchasing a Toyota Corolla & was offered a fantastic deal by another car dealership. we stopped at Royal Kia just before a to be honest, i was set on purchasing a Toyota Corolla & was offered a fantastic deal by another car dealership. we stopped at Royal Kia just before an appt. & met Brandon. he not only was sensitive to our limited time, he was low key & very attuned to our financial situation. when we returned back from the appt. there were 2 calls...one from Mike (the other salesman we were dealing w at Toyota) & Brandon BOTH offering amazing prices. made an appt w both, saw Brandon first but was determined to meet w Mike. long story short, Brandon went the extra mile w a deal I could not refuse plus the Kia Soul is an amazing car. but if it wasnt for his personal style & his willingness to work w me I definitely would have gone to the appt at Toyota...why not? mike offered me a rock bottom price on a Corolla. & probably would have bought that car since it was less expensive. so Royal Kia you got a sale because of Brandon. great customer service...most definitely will spread the word. My salesman Robert Prieto came to my work with the car I was interested in to show me, while at the same time taking my old car in to have it appraised for trade. Who else would do this for a sale. When I went in to do a test drive, he did not try to strong arm me. He gave me all the info I needed and he was patient, while I chose which vehicle I was deciding to purchase. I will recommend him anytime. The only issue I had was with finance. They don't like to tell you the options you have. They try to pick the bank for you, and you don't get to talk direct with the finance manager. That is my only issue. Otherwise, excellent service. More

Sales Consultant Brandon Thornberry I was looking for a car and was unsure of the type of car to buy, I had drove in the lot at Royal and Brandon was there. He called me the next day, a I was looking for a car and was unsure of the type of car to buy, I had drove in the lot at Royal and Brandon was there. He called me the next day, and was very nice and not pushy and went above and beyond any Sales Consultatnt that I have met. He brought the car to me to test drive. I had hestitations because it has been a long time, since I have had a car payment and almost walked away from the deal. Brandon made it happen and he is the one that sold that car to me from Royal Dealership. He was kind and went out of his way to have the car ready and deliver to me on schedule. Brandon also went through the functions of the car at delivery.. He has since followed up with me to see, if I have any new questionsregarding the functions. Brandon is very nice, professional and seen the sale through from start to finish. I will definitely look him up in the future when in the market for another car.
