Fantastic Customer Service I was just in the Royal Kia dealership two days ago on May 26 2015 with my mom, sister and boyfriend. We were immediately greeted with open arms by Keith. He took us to his nice little desk and showed us their into power point all about them. Including the fact they are non commission which is why we went there in the first place for obvious reasons. Anyway, he listened to me as to what I was looking for and was knowledgeable on what he could recommend. As I am a first time buyer, we had to see what we could do. To shorten the story a bit, they figured out a wonderful kia soul for me that is absolutely fabulous. The only part of the whole process that isnt on the good side is the fact I am a first time buyer with absolutely no credit established because of how impossible it is to get that started these days. So financing was kind of a nightmare. However, keith and his manager Dan were amazing and working so hard to get me what I wanted. 2 day process but it was worth it. These people really care about their customers and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants their car buying experience easy and hassle free. They really roll out the red carpet for you. Ill definitely be a loyal customer to them. More

Tom said that he would keep an eye out for the vehicle we wanted (not an easy task due to our unusual option requests). Just last week, he notified us that a 2015 Sedona SX with more options than we ever dreamed we could afford, was available for a great price. He worked tirelessly to get it to exactly a price we could afford. Tom went above and beyond to make the experience perfect for us! Normal salesman commission is not a factor, so you really trust what they are telling you. I can honestly say that I can really feel they were working with me, to help me, as opposed to someone trying to make a buck. Melissa Shelley was my representative who was with me from the beginning. She was extremely knowledgeable, fun, energetic, and it felt like I was going through the entire experience with an old friend – rather than a stranger. I can honestly say, I've never experienced a car buying experience like this before and I would recommend Royal KIA to everybody! More

No pressure, no hassel, superior customer service "steller". You get what "YOU" want. The entire process is flawless. We loved the attention to our needs, the thorough explanation of the vehicle, warranties , financing. We had a tour of the facility, service department, where waiting area is located, restrooms, hours of operation and also was introduced to the service department manager who made us feel so at home and was knowledgeable about the vehicle we had just purchased. We've never been to a dealership where we had one person from start to finish. A flawless system they have developed. And we have built a new relationship with our sales consultant "Tom Rice". The golden rule is "Treat others as you want to be treated " . Tom treated us like family so our whole buying experience was absolutely awesome! We got a thank you from the Sales Manager as well. To top it off Mother's day was yesterday May 10, 2015, they were closed, but all said and done when we left I was presented with a dozen red roses! A total class act! More

First Car- They made it great! I bought a 2014 Toyota RAV4 and I made the best choice thanks to the people that work their!! It was my first time getting a car for myself and havin I bought a 2014 Toyota RAV4 and I made the best choice thanks to the people that work their!! It was my first time getting a car for myself and having no idea other than I wanted a smaller SUV type car they made it so easy! Honestly the people there are what made it the greatest for me personally. Craig Abbott- great personality: which makes a difference when you are nervous about buying Knowledge about cars: amazing! He knew all the coolest and little weird things that the car could do when we were test driving. Opinion: honestly if a dealer doesn't have an opinion on a car that means they don't like it but Craig was awesome and made me feel like I made a good choice. And I did! Robert P- Robert helped a lot with understanding the warranty that was offered as well as making everything crystal clear. His soft skills are on point! Great to talk to and didn't put any pressure on me to make a decision too fast. Great person to have at a dealership because he knows and understands what he is talking about enough to explain it to those that don't understand. Thanks guys!!!
