Delighted I purchased a 2013 Kia Optima We arrived at Royal Kia expecting to buy a used Buick LaCrosse we had selected on line. We came back to his dealership (Royal Kia) where we were given respectful, fair, kind treatment. The vehicle he had in mind definitely met our expectations and we fell in love with it. The vehicle that I was seeking was not at the dealer I was referred to Royal Kia to see a 2013 Mercedes 300. I was greeted by Marcus with a big smile. The vehicle that I was seeking was not at the dealership, but at another location. As it was late in the day, I could not see the vehicle at that time. Marcus agreed to meet meet early the next day at the dealership across town. Marcus greeted me and had the car ready to test drive. He was extremely enthusiastic and eager to help. I purchased the vehicle on the spot. Although I could not take physical delivery at that time, Marcus again came across town to meet me for delivery. The delivery went smoothly with with all the terms that we had previously agreed to. I highly recommend Marcus and the Royal dealership. More
