Our 2011 Nissan Cube Used Car from Royal Kia in Tucson My husband & I went to Kia for an oil change for our Kia Spectra5. Since it is 10 years old, we were also facing some large maintenance costs (front & rear struts-Tucson streets are horrendous; brakes; tires; belts; a 90,000 mile checkup; & replacement of door, console, & dash upholstery caused by a raccoon invasion), so we were going to check with our main man, Scott Maher, after the oil change to see what the costs would be to fix all of the above; or to see if he knew of qualified shops who could do some of the work for us. We also were going to get an awesome paint job to complete the make over. Our Spectra had been such a wonderful car for us, with very little maintenance needed until just recently, that we thought, with $3,000 to $5,000 pumped into it, we would have a great car for another maybe 5 years or so. I went to sit in the waiting room, & my husband went to look at the new cars in the showroom. About 10 minutes later, I got a phone call from my husband to meet him next door at the used car lot. He waved his hand at me above the roof of a beautiful iridescent pearl colored Nissan Cube. I have been a fan of the older Cubes ever since they first came out, & this one was magnificent! It looked like someone had parked it in a garage & never driven it, even though there were 70,000 miles on it. Our salesman, Russ Rodriguez, let me drive it, & I was a smitten kitten. Russ was so helpful, never pushy, & has a wonderful personality & nice sense of humor. He shaved another $250 off the $11,000 price tag, & got us a really nice financing rate on the remainder of the cost, after our down payment. He showed us all the options for keeping our Cube in tip-top shape, & helped us choose the ones that were right for us & the horrific streets of Tucson. He worked with us non-stop for 5 hours to get everything worked out, so we could drive off that evening in our beautiful new (to us) 2011 Cube. He even presented me with a dozen red roses just before we drove off. I really can't say enough about how nice, polite, & quietly humorous he was the entire time we were there. We look forward to maintaining an on-going relationship with him, & if we ever need a second car, he will be the one we call first. Thank you, Russ! Great job! Showroom is spotless, staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Not only did they get me what I always wanted but with all the options. I am a proud owner of a 2014 new Kia Forte fully loaded with great extra's. I don't have to worry about damages and warranties. I am totally covered which brings peace of mind. Thank you so much! Our sales rep was courteous, efficient and very professional. We were introduced to the service department, given a tour of the facility, and so far, any agreements have been kept promptly. Choosing this dealership appears to have been an excellent decision. I hope to continue this relationship well into the future. More

From her initial purchasing experience (price and process) through 12 years of service and repairs, Royal has been exceptional. Even better than their warm, welcoming service, they don't play games with up-selling unnecessary repairs. If it needs repair, they will let you know. If not, they will let you know. It's that simple. My most recent experience has been no different, as I purchased a new 2015 Optima for myself. Over the years, I made the mistake of buying other makes from different dealers, only to be disappointed and frustrated. Not this time! I initially sent an online inquiry, and I received a telephone call in less than 3 minutes. No high pressure tactics, just a warm, friendly voice offering to help make my car buying experience as easy as possible. It was. I could go on, but I want to point out the most important part of their sales process and their service. Nobody is perfect, including Royal Kia. The important thing is how problems are solved. Royal handles them with speed and grace, quickly addressing any issues professionally, courteously, and to your satisfaction. EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP - VERY HELPFUL - NO PRESSURE I looked up Royal KIA on the internet and saw that they had excellent reviews. I decided to go into the dealers to get some information on the SOUL. I I looked up Royal KIA on the internet and saw that they had excellent reviews. I decided to go into the dealers to get some information on the SOUL. I was greeted by a friendly staff who answered my questions without suggesting or pushing me toward buying one of their cars. I felt good about my initial visit and them and so I went back to test drive a SOUL. I test drove one of them and got more information including pricing and then I left. No pressure, no hassle. I went back a third time to test drive a manual transmission SOUL and discussed price with them. They were very fair about the offer they made me on my trade in, I felt at ease and comfortable with them. I went back a fourth time and bought one of the SOULs and everything went very well. No changes or surprises. A few days later I presented them with a check for the car and we concluded the paperwork and I drove it off. I was very satisfied with the dealer and all of his people working there. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone wanting to buy a car, new or used. They are fair, HONEST, and they do not push you into things you do not want. This review is strictly about my car buying experience. I have not used this dealer for service (yet) but intend to and I have not had the car long enough to comment on it so this review is STRICTLY about the buying experience. Needless to say, I was very leery of car sales people. My experience at Royal Kia was a world of difference! My salesperson, Russell, was present but not pushy. He allowed me time to ponder when I needed to, and he was very informative when I needed him to be. These things are very important and necessary when making decisions during the car buying process. Not only did this experience lay to rest my fears I am actually excited at the prospect of buying my next car when that time arises. When that time does come around again I have no reservations to buy through Royal Kia, in fact, I look forward to it! Thank you Russell! More

He did not force anything and showed the best deals. He listened and tried to help us work on the deal and because of that I finalized the car pretty quickly. Overall excellent experience.
