This is a fine motor car and had I been ready I would have driven it home. xxxx, the even fed us lunch! Mr. Rodriguez was true to his word about Royal"s "No Pressure" policy and is a consummate Professional. When I AM ready to purchase I will return to Royal and ask for him by name. More

Amazing Customer Service! This was my first experience with buying a new car and I am so glad that I chose Royal. Being a college student, I had a tight budget to work with but This was my first experience with buying a new car and I am so glad that I chose Royal. Being a college student, I had a tight budget to work with but from the beginning Russell was very helpful and he listened to what I was looking for in a car and showed me different cars until we found the right one. Juan was absolutely amazing and he was able to get me a great deal on the car and explain everything to me so that I knew what was going to happen. I was, and still am, very impressed with the customer service at Royal. I even got a phone call to check up on how everything with the car was going, so I feel like even though I already bought the car they still care about providing great customer service and making sure I am happy with everything. I am always a bit paranoid about making major purchases, but Russell and Juan made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I will definitely be sticking with Royal in the future and I would recommend Royal to anyone looking for a car. I can not thank Russell and Juan enough for everything they did to make this such a wonderful experience. More

From the moment I stepped foot in this dealership, I could tell it was nothing like the rest. I had been searching for a new vehicle for months and was extremely unsatisfied with my experience. Everything was so different here! Peter Thomas is absolutely amazing. He was extremely patient and understanding of my indecisiveness and worked with me every step of the way. He catered to not only me but my one year old son as well (literally chasing him around and putting his carseat in the vehicles I wanted to test drive). Honestly, I've never had better customer service anywhere and never at a car dealership. Peter made sure I made the right choice and helped me for days as I struggled with what car to choose. I was very impressed with Royal and more so Peter. He went above and beyond for both my son and I! I am truly thankful for all he did for us and for my brand new car :) More

I applied for credit online and in less than five minutes (more like two) I received a call from Justin asking when i could come in and view their selection. I asked if he thought I could get financed and he said it was a done deal. My wife and I went in and came home with a 2011 Kia Optima and we love it. This is the second vehicle we have bought from Royal, a year ago we bought our truck from them and have had nothing but good experiences with Royal Kia on speedway. More

We tried working with that dealership to get it corrected but it seemed that they were not committed to helping us. All we wanted to do was put this bad deal behind us and return one of the vehicles for one that was more reliable and would suit our needs. We gave them specific criteria that we were looking for and instead it seemed they were determined to force us into something that THEY thought was right for us.This went on for about a month until a friend recommended Royal KIA to us. I agreed with Maria our salesperson, Royal KIA should have been where we went to first. Maria, Beto and Lu understood and listened to what we were looking for. There was a time when I was about to give up because we were having difficulty finding the right car at a payment that we could afford, but Maria and Lu were committed and continued to work hard to find something that would work for us. We went to Royal KIA expecting to get into a reliable used car, instead they were able to get us into a brand new 2015 Sorento (THAT WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!) at a payment that was affordable and at a lower interest rate than we had on our other vehicles that we purchased at the other dealership! As soon as we walked into the door we were given a friendly greeting by a Mr. Wallace. Mr. Wallace immediately asked which type of vehicle we were looking for and the price range. We were then shown a few vehicles before we settled on a Nissan Pathfinder. We purchased the vehicle and after a few days we noticed there were a few issues and recalls that needed to be taken care of. We brought the vehicle in a few days later and explained the issues to Mr. Wallace, he then said he'd take care of it no problem, and he even provided us a loaner vehicle while the Nissan Pathfinder was being taken care of. I'd say we're quite pleased with our purchase at Royal Kia and if you ever have a problem, you can rest assured that the people at Royal Kia will make you feel like royalty through every step of the process. More
