I stopped in to Royal Kia, not sure if I'd be purchasing that day, but I knew what I wanted. I was handed over to Bobby Arrizon to look at a 2010 Kia Forte. I ended up looking at a 2012, which purchasing that day, but I knew what I wanted. I was handed over to Bobby Arrizon to look at a 2010 Kia Forte. I ended up looking at a 2012, which was a better deal. Not much more than the 2010 and was newer. Bobby was very friendly and not all pushy. He was professional, but also gave me the sense of comfort and common ground. He told me about the many things Royal Kia offers and how they do business. It's very low pressure when it comes to selling the car. There is still definitely a sense of salesmanship there. Bobby handled it well without making me feel like I was being 'convinced' or bullied into buying anything. Though their prices are pretty much what they are, Royal Kia worked to get me a really good interest rate which ended up lower than my credit union. In the end, they want you to buy the extras, some of which are worth it, but others are not really worth it in the long run. There was no pressure and I was shown all the options I had in terms of payments and time. Overall I was very pleased with the experience. The whole process still takes a while, but I think it went as quickly as it could. I'd definitely recommend Royal Kia to people looking for a good solid car at a good price. Bobby made the experience all the more easier and entertaining. More
We went into the dealership looking at a mini cooper and while the car drove great it didn't meet our needs for space. We ended up with a 2013 Chrysler 200 and absolutely love the vehicle! We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Peter that day he made buying a new vehicle easy and stress free. He made sure that we were comfortable and 100% sure about our purchase during the entire process unlike other sales reps that we have dealt with that just want to push us into a purchase. I highly recommend peter and Royal Kia to my friends and family for their next vehicle. More

He wasted no time in getting me settled and acquainted with the way Kia does business with its customers. The system was easy to understand and free of haggling myself into an easy fix. Bobby knew what I wanted the instant I described it and introduced me to the Kia Rio. It was an outstanding match for my personality and expectations. I went out to meet the dealers impulsively and left with a positive sense of enthusiasm. I was overwhelmed with the friendly service that even when I began to get tired of the process I still remained excited to be doing business with such fine people. I was waited on by three distinghuished employees who worked tirelessly together to get me the best deal even though I was hours past their shifts. Their selfless service to me is a great testimony of their 100% dedication to their customers all over Tucson. It was a wonderful experience and I got a new car in the end with my name written all over it. Bobby spared no expense in making me feel comfortable with the car of my choice. He is truely one of the best workers I've had the pleasure of meeting. I was prepared for hassle and headache when I entered the dealership and left with a huge smile, positive enthusiasm, and a bouquet of long stemmed red roses in my driver's seat before taking my Kia onto the next adventure in my life. I couldn't have asked for a better person to know my wants and needs in buying a new car. He worked tirelessly so I would be comfortable before leaving the dealership that day! Q initially started with me in sales and was very patient with my purchasing process and I was able to share my own life experience with his kind ears listening. I decided to purchase the vehicle but it nee with my purchasing process and I was able to share my own life experience with his kind ears listening. I decided to purchase the vehicle but it needed a seat moving part (service is yet to call me after 2 weeks). When I went back in to purchase the car 2 days later, I met with Dan Ivey who was very considerate and helpful, also being thorough with paperwork and answering all my questions and revisiting Q/A as needed. Then I was totally surprised when Dan presented me with a dozen roses...well that helped all sorts of areas. Then they both met me out in front as I was packing up the my "new" vehicle and said they both appreciated my business. It was professional and friendly and I would not hesitate to refer. Very good experience! Thank you. Customer service was rated an OK rather than a 5, not due to these gentlemen at all, but that I was told the part would only take a few days to arrive and then install. It's been 2 weeks. Even though I had to wait with the sales force, Q and Dan were so pleasant, that it took the drudgery out of the car buying process. CB More

I haven't looked at vehicles since 1998, and I was not looking forward to it. I have say that everyone I met who works at Royal Kia was cheerful and helpful, especially Peter. He quite literally held my and and walked me through buying my new companion. My new partner and I are just beginning our journey together, but I all ready know when it is time for a new edition I will be heading back to Royal Kia. So I arrived in a basket, but I left with a giddy feeling, and knowing I had made good, strike that, a great decision. No buyers remorse here! More

Employees were super friendly. Waiting room has 3 different tvs, movie theatre type seats, and free popcorn, danishes and coffee. Plus my son got to borrow an iPad to use while he waited. And it cost me less than if I went to a quickly oil change place. Definitely recommend them! More
I purchased a Kia Rio in 2007 from Royal Kia in Tucson, where I've subsequently had all the routine maintenance servicing done on the car (7 years). I I can't say enough positive about my Service Advisor, Scott Maher. He is quietly competent, knowledgeable, professional, honest, friendly, fair and trustworthy. He clearly and firmly advises on what work needs to be done for the safety and good maintenance of the car, but is equally candid about what work is unnecessary to do. This speaks for his high integrity. I recommend him highly. I feel my car is in good and expert hands when I drop it off at Royal Kia. Chris Cartwright More
