Lu was fantastic. We brought our two young sons with us to see how seating would work with the car seats, and they didn't phase him (even when the eight month old was crying his lungs out during a test dri to see how seating would work with the car seats, and they didn't phase him (even when the eight month old was crying his lungs out during a test drive). The pre-owned we purchased was listed below KBB, so haggling was not necessary. We also got what we wanted for our trade in without having to negotiate (my husband was almost disapointed with how easy the process was...go in expecting to fight). Seriously though, we would definetly recommend and return to Royal Kia. More
I can't thank Lu enough for the experience I had purchasing my vehicle. My old car was totaled by a fire and I had to find something. The last time I had been to a dealership was in 1975! Warnings were coming in from well meaning friends, careful..take someone with you..aargh, they will change prices on you, good guy vs bad guy. I assumed incorrectly that I would have to purchase an '07 or older. I warned Lu ahead of time that I might be a bit emotional (still raw from losing my old car) and he treated me with the utmost respect and professsionalism. After discussing my financial situation he assured me that I could afford something newer than an '07.SERIOUSLY? He was so right. I am now a proud owner of a 2012 Toyota Camry that I am enjoying immensely.Peace of mind knowing I can drive to see my grandbabies and not worry anymore about breakdowns or having to drive home before dark. It was the first car I looked at and test drove. I was sold. It took less than an hour to wrap it up. I am trying to convince my Phoenix relatives to check out Royal Kia next time they want to buy a vehicle. And to ask for LU! More

They listened to my concerns. They didn't pressure me or try to sell me anything I didn't want to buy. Eli took time to hear what I had to say and then match me to just the right model and help me decide on whether a lease or a purchase made sense for me. As hard as it might be to believe, he felt like a trusted friend very soon after meeting him. Your staff met my expectations 110%. And this from a woman who HATED the thought of buying a new car! I know that I will be singing the praises of Royal Kia for the foreseeable future. I've already recommended you to a good friend and told at least 6 others about my experience. Your staff created a devoted customer in a very short time. I guess the part that sold me most on Royal Kia is that I was treated with respect. I worked with Tom Rice and he was so kind and understanding! Looking for another car now wasn't the joyous experience I was planning it to be in a few years. I was in an accident, I was screwed over it by an insurance company, and I was very distressed. I was afraid I'd make the wrong decision under so much pressure in my life.Tom totally understood that and was trying to put me at ease - certainly not placing any additional pressure I didn't need on me. I'm not sure if this is a common practice or not, but seeing me agonize over the decision, he let me just put a 24-hour deposit on the car I thought I wanted and let me sleep on it and think some more. The buying process was very easy. I didn't use financing, so I can't comment on that. Tom was even sweet enough to bring my old car home as I live alone. In addition to liking this particular car, I was also tempted by the lifetime warranty on the drivetrain offered. I didn't know it wasn't offered by all Royal locations, though. You get it only if you buy your vehicle from Royal Kia specifically. It comes with a bit of rigid rules as far as maintenance goes, but it's still nice protection to have, considering it's free with the purchase. Btw, I did not buy a Kia, and while the advantages of Kia were mentioned to me in passing when I was deliberating my purchase, there was absolutely no pressure to buy a Kia. I also felt I got a very good deal, particularly in comparison to other local dealerships. I wouldn't buy a car sight unseen, even if it happens to be cheaper. I'm really happy with my experience! Now, let's hope everything goes well with the car... I only bought it a few days ago. Oh, I almost forgot something! I even got a dozen of beautiful roses as a token of their appreciation and a way to congratulate me on the new car. Now that's a royal treatment! :-) More
