I went to check out the new Kia models and had no intention of purchasing a vehicle. I was surprised to get a nice attitude about my situation from Rudy. He was very informative and knew the product very well. I left that day without a vehicle because I wasn't ready. The big surprise to me was that Rudy let me leave. I'm used to feeling trapped by most car sales men. Rudy did not keep my driver's license or back me into a corner or bring in 3 other sales men to try to keep me at the dealership. I was very pleased. 2 days later I went back to the dealership, having taken my time to make a decision. Rudy helped me find the perfect vehicle for my family. He was even very patient with me while I took 20 minutes to decide what color interior that I wanted. As far as the price goes... No one ever "wants" to pay all this money for something, but I know that for the car I purchased, a brand new 2014 Kia Optima, I got a really great price. A price that I was comfortable with. He listened to my requests and answered all of my questions thoroughly and promptly. I asked him to contact me by e-mail rather than by telephone during my work hours and he did. He even offered to drive the vehicle I was interested in purchasing to my office for me to test drive. Oscar assured me he could get me financed and driving the vehicle I wanted. He didn’t give me the runaround or try to put me in a vehicle I wasn’t interested in. I was impressed by the fact he did exactly what he said he would do and very quickly. I purchased my vehicle last month from Oscar Delgado and so far, I am very happy and satisfied with it. I must say, it was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I felt at ease from the minute I walked into the Royal Kia dealership. Oscar greeted me with a huge smile, prepared and ready to sell me the vehicle that was going to make me content and happy. He had a fun personality and I was pleased to meet and deal with him. The staff, including the service department is also courteous. I first went to Royal with not much idea of what I was looking for, I was a first time car buyer in a rough situation. My parents had taken me since they were return customers to the same dealership. I met Dan and his associate Joe who both worked really hard to help me get a working car that met my needs both mechanically and financially. As things go there were complications along the way. But every time we hit an obstacle Dan and Joe were both more than happy to work with me and help find a way to make everything work, all while still getting me a good deal. Getting this car has done more than help me have transportation and I have Dan and Joe to thank for that. They were efficient and friendly and always happy to help. I will definitely be going back to Royal for their help with my next car. More
Being handicapped and dealing with a new issue, of not walking to well. I called Royal Kia and was directed to Lu Fragazo. He called me and emailed me many different options. By the time I was ready to go my husband was on vacation and he was patient until he returned. When we went to look/purchase a car, Lu was leaving for vacation, we were introduced to Joe S. the Sales Manager and Paul Juell. They took over seamlessly, and we finished the deal without Lu. I was so surprised at the end when I received the most gorgeous dozen of red roses. What a beautiful way to end a car deal! Lu, Paul & Joe were very helpful. We got exactly what we wanted and could afford. One very happy new Kia owner. You can't go wrong with Royal Kia on Speedway! More

When I made my purchase, Juan and Matthew both stayed 2 hours after closing to make sure everything was perfect for me. I even came back a couple days later and spent some time with Juan learning how to use every feature on my new car! I've been so happy with this process! I looked at a vehicle at this dealership based on a suggestion from Royal GMC . Everyone we spoke to and dealt with was friendly and helpful. The vehicle ( 2012 Jeep Patriot) turned out to be exactly w suggestion from Royal GMC . Everyone we spoke to and dealt with was friendly and helpful. The vehicle ( 2012 Jeep Patriot) turned out to be exactly what I was looking for.The price was fine and the lifetime drive train warranty was the clincher. Peter Thomas was both friendly and professional. I appreciate the fact that the price was reasonable so that I didn't feel like I had to negotiate. Peter was very concerned that we understood all the benefits of dealing with Royal Kia and I am impressed with the service department program. The beautiful roses that my wife recieved upon completion of the deal certainly made an impression. Upon reflection ,I just wish that the friendly professional atmosphere I saw at Royal could be spread to other businesses that I deal with. I look forward to my next visit to Royal Kia ,something I never thought I would say about a car dealership. More

First, let me disclose that I was an Internet Sales Manager at a few dealerships in the Atlanta area for over 5 years (1998-2003), so I k excellent. First, let me disclose that I was an Internet Sales Manager at a few dealerships in the Atlanta area for over 5 years (1998-2003), so I knew what I was looking for. I asked for a complete quote from the two Kia dealerships in Tucson and five in the Phoenix area for a specific model of the Kia Soul that I wanted. Dan was the first to respond with a complete quote. His quote was just a few dollars above one in Phoenix, so it made no sense for me to travel. Only two other dealerships gave me the quote I had requested, and it took me a couple of repeated requests to receive those quotes. The other Kia dealership in Tucson gave me an outrageously high quote that was incomplete for the same vehicle. But I wasn't just looking for the best price, I was also judging my decision based on how each dealership responded. Dan at Royal was prompt in his responses and answered my questions in a straight-forward manner. When I arrived to purchase my new Soul at Royal, Dan was prompt and courteous. The price was just as we had discussed via our emails. There were no surprises. Everything was smooth and easy. Having worked for dealerships myself, I know that Royal Kia is one of the rare dealerships that is more the exception than the rule as far as sales go. No wonder when I see newer Kia vehicles in traffic in Tucson, the majority of the time they came from Royal. If you are looking for a Kia, and want to save time and have a good experience, just go to Royal and don't worry about the other dealerships. More
