I have had my new 2014 Kia Sorento for over 3 weeks now and haven't had a chance to write a review because I'm out driving and absolutely loving my new car :). I have bought many new cars with several different dealerships and I would like to say that working with Oscar Delgado at Royal Kia was the best buying experience that I have ever had. Oscar was able to work with my busy work schedule over a 5 day period and was able to find the perfect vehicle for me. He listened to my needs and was very patient with me. I felt his customer service went over and beyond. He was very thorough explaining every aspect of my car buying experience and the services that are available to me in the future. I was also very impressed with the dealership itself. Very clean and customer friendly. Oscar's boss, Eddie Madigan, also took the time to sit and chat with me instead of being that invisible manager behind a desk that you never meet. The customer waiting area in the service department is definately all about making the customer comfortable. Also, the final touch of roses that were given to me thanking me for my business when my car was delivered, priceless. I will definately recommend Oscar and Royal Kia to my friends in the future. Checked out the dealership to see what they offered and immediately was greeted by April. She didn't try to sale me a vehicle right off the bat, but instead took the time to write down all the options I wa immediately was greeted by April. We took a.couple of test drives and she helped.me find a car I was comfortable in and within my budget. She was professional, kind, and was always welcoming. I never dealt rushed or pressured and she explained all the options I had clearly without hiding anything. I was truly happy with the care she and the rest of her sales team provided during my visit. My Husband and I recently purchased a used Kia/Forte. Our experience with your Dealership was awesome, especially if you have Sales Reps like Paul Juell. He took the time out and walked me over to the Parts Dept. and waited with me to p/u the Items I had purchased for our Kia and waited until I had a 2nd key made. There is no words to describe his customer service to us. EXcellent! Excellent! Excellent! I would and already recommended your Dealership and Paul Juell. He certainly is a good asset to your Dealership. Overall my experience was awesome and would return again. No other Dealerships outside the Royal Group has perks like you, such as Lifetime Warranty etc. . I spend hours on line to check out Dealerships and cars. You are the "BEST." More
I was discouraged after visiting another dealership a few days before I went to Royal Kia. I went in expecting a similar negative experience and was braced for the worst. However, I was incredibly surprised and delighted with the experience I had with Rudy and the entire Royal team. There was no pressure, no haggling. Rudy listened to what I wanted and didn't play games. The price I paid for the car was fair and everything went smoothly. I can't thank Rudy enough for dispelling the idea that buying a car has to be painful and scary. More
They used to be great. But the last two times I took my car in before long trips this summer they missed major issues... Ever since I had my car, I have had a problem shifting out of PARK. I took my car to the dealer in Gainesville, Georgia where I bought it for the first oil change. I complained about the shifting proble out of PARK. I took my car to the dealer in Gainesville, Georgia where I bought it for the first oil change. I complained about the shifting problem. They could not duplicate the problem, so could not fix it. My car is a 2010 Sportage and I bought it new. Every time I took the car in for servicing, no matter where it was, noone could or would fix it. My car had a recall this year which was supposed to fix the problem. I had the part replaced in Duluth, Georgia. Since then, I only had the shifting problem twice. Once was the day before I was leaving Georgia so could not take it back to the dealer. The second time was when I arrived in Tucson, AZ. I made an appointment, took the car in, and it was thoroughly checked. The part that was replaced was good, but Royal found that the car needed a new shifter. They had to order the part. It came in early the next week. I want to thank the service department at Royal Kia in Tucson for their expertise. They are the only ones who cared enough to get to the bottom of the problem. More
Wow....all my fears about the stress pf dealing with pushy salesmen were put to rest this morning. I just spent 3 hours with April McBride trying to figure out what I want in a new car. She listened, took notes, asked questions, all before showing me any cars. Then she took me on a couple of test drives. Then I told her I was also considering a Fiat and she drove me to their dealership where we had more test drives . Really liked the Forte coupe but will have to wait until April finds just the right one for me. And I'm totally sure she will! Not only is April well informed, professional, knowlegeable, she also was a pleasure to spend the time with. No pressure, no stress, just a great Saturday morning with a great salesperson. More
