We have owned an Isuzu, from Royal Isuzu, for 9 years and have been thrilled with the honesty and customer service in the Service department (Dave Loper) and the reliability of our vehicle. I could not understand the reasoning of why they were trying to sell me a car that was more then what I wanted to pay for. I went to look at one car (first car) $6000, was shown a different car (second c trying to sell me a car that was more then what I wanted to pay for. I went to look at one car (first car) $6000, was shown a different car (second car) $11000, but they wanted to sell me a totally different car (third car) $13500, because of my credit and down payment. Did not consider the first car when shown the second car. The second car was more then practical and fit our tastes. When financing came around we were shown a third more expensive car, they said the bank would loan us money for that one, but needed more money down for the second car. I could not understand. Also, they let us take the third car home over the weekend to try it out. We investigated the vehicle and found so many bad reviews on it, including issues that the car we were driving had. "Check Engine" light was on, passenger air bag sensor faulty. Etc..... More
