From the first phone call to the car's delivery at our front door, the experience of buying a new car was A+++++. Questions were answered, explanations were forthcoming, each step handled well. After visiting Jim Click Kia and getting dishonest, high pressure sales tactics and the run around from them on the value of my trade, I went to Royal Kia and was very surprised at how very much the opposit pressure sales tactics and the run around from them on the value of my trade, I went to Royal Kia and was very surprised at how very much the opposite Royal Kia is from other dealerships. The pricing is up front and honest, the value I got for my trade was what I expected, and there was ZERO pressure from Oscar Delgado (our salesman). I was very pleased with the final price for my new Sorento and the overall treatment I received, not only from Oscar but the other people at the dealership I interacted with, including Trey, Cece and Shawn (the parts manager). I can't say enough good things about Royal and they will be the first dealer I return to when it's time for me to buy a new car. More

I have never in my life of purchasing cars had a truly great experience like I had with the staff at Royal Kia on Speedway. They made me feel like I had won a shopping spree and that no one mattered but m great experience like I had with the staff at Royal Kia on Speedway. They made me feel like I had won a shopping spree and that no one mattered but me. I was very impressed with the way they make sure that you understood your vehicle. Even after I took it home they called to make sure that everything was going well and that I was enjoying it. My husband purchased a vehicle a mth before me and no one called him or sent a postcard to say thank you or anything, then the representatives at Kia showed him that there are great salesperson around and willing to help you. When I purchased my car I was only in to get my 2007 Kia serviced, but since everything was going so great, the price, the sales associate was not pushy and the service associates were willing to explain all the new gadgets that I was getting. At the end of it all that evening I was adorned with a box of roses, how great was that? I told all my friends about it and to this day i am still telling them about it. Both Ken and "CC" at Royal Kia in Tucson Arizona were very patient and honest when dealing with me. They took their time to ask which model vehicle and options I was interested in then showe Arizona were very patient and honest when dealing with me. They answered ALL my questions and informed me of the various incentives and payment options available then gave me the rock bottom price the first time without playing "ping pong" between the manager and myself. Afterwards,they gave me the time I needed to process everything without trying to BEAT ME INTO SUBMITION to sign on the dotted line. With information in hand,I went to other dealerships both in Tucson and the Phoenix area to do some comparison shopping and was treated like I was just "another sale" which left me feeling beat up. So a few days later I went back to see Ken and "CC" at Royal Kia and happily purchased my new Sorento. Inconclusion, if it weren't for Royal Kia and especially Ken and "CC" treating me like royality I would be driving a competors vehicle right now.
