I blew into the Kia dealer at 4:00 on the Friday of Labor Day Weekend. I met CC and told her that I only had 45 minutes to purchase or lease a car. (Long story). CC and I talked about what I needed and I wasn't sure if I should lease or purchase a pre-owned vehicle. CC and I chatted and then she took me out on the lot and showed me the Kia Forte because it was the car that fit my budget. I loved to car, but had to get to a function at my son's school, so they put a plate on the car and I drove it off the lot. I later returned to complete the paperwork and CC walked me through everything and it was the simplest and fastest deal I have ever done on a car. I don't have one bit of regret, I love my new car! Juan is a gentleman. He was knowledgeable, communicated clearly, and listened to our questions so that he understood what our priorities were in choosing the right vehicle for our needs. I wasn't shuffled from one office to another which was very unique and definitely appreciated. When picking up my new car Brandon made sure I understood how everything worked and even connected my cell phone which would have otherwise taken me forever reading the manual. The entire staff at Royal went out of their way to treat me as a person and not a number which made this my best car buying experience ever. More

In fact we liked him so much 2 days later we went back & helped our daughter finance a car! If Kia sold trucks we would finance a truck for my husband with him. Thank You Steven for making buying a car so pleasant! I just wish the salespeople's workspaces were bigger! That's my biggest complaint. It is not comfortable to have to fill out paperwork in a cramped office filled with 3 people. More
I took my Kia Sedona in for service because I was getting steering wheel vibration. Scott called to let me know what was wrong and that I'd need a set of tires ($400) and a number of other parts that needed steering wheel vibration. I was thinking about trading soon and mentioned that to Scott. He said he has recently bought a 2011 red Sedona. Red being my wife's favorite color I asked if they had any more red Sedonas. One had come in on the truck that day. I asked about it and he said he'd have Eddie call me with the trade-in value of my current Sedona. Eddie called with a favorable trade-in and told me about the current incentives that were being offered so he said he'd have a sales person check my credit and get a pay-off on the Sedona. That Sales person was "CC" and she was great to work with. When she called she had all the numbers already worked out including the financing. When I got to Royal about an hour later I was greeted by "CC" with a big smile, a handshake and a "Welcome". She already had everything in motion. She went through all the paperwork and options, explaining everything as she went. Even though it took about 3 hours to go through the process, I'd have preferred 20 minutes, "CC" was always making the experience an enjoyable one. Scott even came by to see how I was doing. When the Royal ad says "No Pressure" it really is true. I felt relaxed and comfortable. Thanks to all the Royal employees for a great experience, but especially to Scott, Eddy and the sales person I know, "CC". More
