After our first test drive I was convinced this was the car for me, but, I felt I needed to test drive a few other cars just to solidify my decision. Oscar was patient yet attentive and when we found ourselves back at Royal Kia a few days later he insisted we spend some more time with the car to make sure it truely was "our" car! After the final decision was made the paperwork process was simple and quick without the back and forth irritations of negotiations with the "sales manager." I absolutely know I made the right decision with the car I bought, I LOVE my Kia Sorento SX!! I just scheduled my first oil change and have faith the service department will be just as easy to work with as the sales department!
