I cannot express how easy they make it for a customer to go through the buying process without spending hours at the dealership. I recently took a friend into Royal Kia and she was amazed at how the customers were treated and her next car WILL be purchased at Royal. We were looking for a used car and stopped in to Royal Kia based on a friend's recommendation. Sales Associate Gerry Reisig approached us and she showed us around the dealership. We didn't find the used Kia based on a friend's recommendation. Sales Associate Gerry Reisig approached us and she showed us around the dealership. We didn't find the used car that we wanted that day, but she let us know she'd be in touch when anything that fit our needs came in. She was true to her word. She called us twice with detailed information and we came down and found the car of our dreams. After just a day, we did experience some problems. We called Gerry immediately and she told us not to worry, to bring the car back in first thing in the morning. Karl was wonderful. Eddie and Trey in service were also very helpful. Royal covered ALL the repairs and even gave us a loaner car while we were waiting. I feel like we got a brand new car for the price of a used one. The power warranty is one of the key reasons we shopped there but the 2 months everything covered warranty is an added bonus. we had tremendous peace of mind knowing that if anything went wrong with our new "used" car, we wouldn't have to pay a penny. AND WE DIDN'T. the service department was great and they took care of us immediately and covered the cost of all our repairs. I recommend Gerry and Royal Kia to anyone who is looking to buy a car. We will need another used car in the near future and I won't shop anywhere else or with any other sales person than Gerry. More
The mileage for my Sorento has been disappointing. Sales personnel touted the high mileage of the 4 cylinter GDI. When I asked Craig Abbott about it at a dinner he stated that the 4 has to work harder than personnel touted the high mileage of the 4 cylinter GDI. When I asked Craig Abbott about it at a dinner he stated that the 4 has to work harder than a 6 and the mileage would probably not reach what was touted. A young lady at the dinner explained that every time you bring in the car for service, Royal would wash it. The previous week I had brought my car in and it was not washed. I asked when they started this wash program. Since moving to the new location, was the answer. I asked the service people why my car was not washed the week before. "Oh, you have to ask for that service" was the answer. "It takes a long time." When I had brought the car in for the oil change I told Craig that I would give them as much time as they wanted and would just use the time for my daily walk. Not a big deal but don't promise something that you won't deliver on. Or promise something only if the customer asks for it. When in for the service I saw Trey. He worked with CC and me on the sale of the Sorento and some subsequent paperwork. I said ,"Hi, Trey, nice to see you." He smiled, said hi but I don't think he had any idea who I was. Could be wrong. Then at the dinner he said hi but never used my name. Hmmmmm. Royal Kia is a good dealer, I guess, but still just a typical car dealer. More

CC did a great job of working with us to get us exactly what we were looking for. Both Lu and Eddie were professional,personable, and informative. Not to mention both are very sharp dressers! Anytime I asked Lu a question he made sure he found an answer for me.
