I was very pleased with the service and knowledge that Lu was able to provide me. I came in on a Friday got all of my questions answered went home discused with my husband and went back on Saturday and purch was able to provide me. He was understanding of my needs as well as staying in line with the amount I wanted to spend. There was no back & forth let me see what I can do maybe we can do this etc. This was a refreshing way to purchase a car. Lu did all the calculations etc right there at his desk. He is very knowledgeable about his inventory which vehicles would fit into my budget new vs used He leaves no stone unturned. I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a new or used vehicle go in and see Lu. I know he has earned my trust and future business as well as me letting other people know how awsome he is. Too bad 5 is the highest ranking he can get. He certainly is a "10" in my book. Thanks Lu, Dawn More
My experience buying my very first "brand new" car was absolutely the best car buying experience I've ever had. I am so glad I chose to make my new purchase at Royal Kia. Ken Lewis was so helpful in making sure I didn't see anything that wasn't in my set budget, laying out all the details of pricing and in answering every last question I had. I've dealt with other dealerships when buying used cars and in all those experiences I've felt taken, pressured and didn't have that great feeling walking out the door. But this was my first time buying a "new" car for myself and I thought it was going to be even more scary. To my surprise the entire visit from beginning to end when I drove away from Royal Kia was completely pressure free, very pleasant and overall absolutely amazing. Boy did I feel so good knowing not only was I getting a great deal on a new vehicle for my family, but I didn't have to deal with all the hassle and pressure I'm so used to at other places. I'd say the folks at Royal Kia are really on to something by doing things different than other dealerships, keeping their standards high in how they treat their customers. I admire how they go out of their way to take time in really getting to know every customer and their needs and providing an overall pleasant buying experience. Thanks Royal Kia!! More

This was my 4th Kia...and my 3rd from Royal Kia. The staff could not have been more helpful, from understanding my needs and helping me select the appropriate vehicle, to ALWAYS being prompt, efficient, staff could not have been more helpful, from understanding my needs and helping me select the appropriate vehicle, to ALWAYS being prompt, efficient, and courteous whenever I brought a car in for service. There was never any pressure from the sales staff.... from the time I walked in until I left in my new Sportage was under 3 hours... and that included the time it took to final prep and simonize the vehicle... Financing suggestions provided me with a number of options, and unlike other dealers, I wasn't bounced around asmong several people before getting a final answer...everything was betweeen me and my original salesperson I have never had a problem with the service department. Appointments were easy to arrange and were convenient to my schedule... Whenever I got my bill, it was always for less than what I was expecting...and even the waiting times were often shorter than what I had been quoted at the outset. I have never hesitated to highly recommend this dealer to my friends and associates. More

I had some unusual financial problems and they worked diligently to qualify me for my Forte. I had gone to another dealer who just gave up when the going got tough. When I got home from the dealership I found a very large bolt and washer embedded in my tire. I called the dealership and they told me to bring it back the following day and they put a new tire on my car. Jennifer Caldara(Service) took excellent care of me. This is my 2nd KIA and I so lovin it! Thanks to everyone at the Royal Kia dealership in Tucson. More
I went in fearful of buying a new car, always hearing of horror stories. Ken Lewis walked me through everything with no pressure! I am so happy with my Optima Hybrid and Kias awesome warranty. I also chose the optional warranties and vehicle protections which were reasonable and not forced on me. I feel i will have a car I can take a trip in safely economically and comfortably spoiled for the next ten years. They have made a Lifetime customer out of me, Thank you More

We first went to Royal Kia back in 2007 and had a great experience back then, which is the reason why we came back, our 2007 Kia Optima has been an excellant car, but it was time for a trade in. With Ken's expertise we feel we made the right decision with the new 2012 Kia Optima. Most important we feel that we have made a friend for life with Ken Lewis. Working with these folks was a very nice experience. The first time I went in to the dealership I spoke with Jamal and told him which cars my wife and I wanted to look at.He went and pulled both of the cars first time I went in to the dealership I spoke with Jamal and told him which cars my wife and I wanted to look at.He went and pulled both of the cars out front under the front covered parking area.He then gave a very informitive tour of the cars explaining everything about them and then we took a test drive of the Soul which I thought was a great car.My wife was at work during my first visit, so we cam back when she got off from work and we met CC Adler. She did the same great job of showing the Soul to my wife.My wife fell in love with the car and we bought it. Both of these employee's did a great job and I would highly recomend them to my freinds and family. PS My wife loved the Roses Thanks Ken Trapp More

I researched the cars, decided on a Sportage or Sorrento, and ended up deciding I wanted a Sorrento. I did all the credit application, etc...online, as my husband and I work opposite shifts and our time is very limited for when we can come in together. Humberto worked with us and our schedule and was great!!!! The day I came in to get my car, they had sold out of the model I wanted, and Humberto was able to have one brought in from another dealership in town. I LOVE my new car, love it, not only because it is a great car, but because the whole buying experience was so easy. I HIGHLY encourage everyone to check out Royal Kia. More
