The price offered for our older vehicle (not a trade--Royal offers a purchase price for your used vehicle that is not connected to the price on the vehicle you want to purchase) was higher than we expected. We love the way Royal does business--the price is the price, and there isn't the unpleasant haggling over price or trade-in. We wish all dealers operated this way--no anger or frustration, and no feeling that anyone was trying to rip you off. Fair prices, great Kia products, and pleasant salespeople: who could ask for more. Oh, and previous experience with Royal's service center has always been great! More
