We came to Royal KIA after being bombarded by the salesmen at Jim Click -- commission driven baboons-- we caught them in several lies regarding "Wait right here, I'll go ask my manager". But of course the manager knew nothing of the "deals" the salesman promised us. Just so sick of the circus act! When we arrived at Kia we were greeted by Oscar who explained that he wasn't on commission and was there to help us with any questions. The numbers on the car we were interested in were presented to us in a professional manner and displayed in a spreadsheet---no magic act with the "manager". I just can't say enough about being treated like an intelligent human being and leaving with a quality of service and vehicle we were searching for! Thank you! More
