She also knew what I wanted and did not pressure me to purchase a car that was not appropriate for me. She was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I bought an Optima for me and my wife a few years ago at Royal Kia. I can't rememeber the sales person's name, but he helped us through the purchase of our used car.
