This dealership has some of the most friendly staff! After buying my Kia 2 years ago in Phoenix, I moved to Tucson and thought I'd give this place a try. I have come here for my services ever since. Craig is especially great because he knows that I don't know much about cars, so he takes the time to explain every detail to me. He doesnt try to sell me things I don't need, but instead will occasionally make recommendations to me, and explains why he thinks the product will benefit me. I saw the KIA Sorento I was interested in buying on the website, called and talked to Keith who said he'd pull the vehicle and put it in the shade for me to look at the next day. He did! When we arrive website, called and talked to Keith who said he'd pull the vehicle and put it in the shade for me to look at the next day. He did! When we arrived at the KIA dealership (from NM), Keith was busy so Ken took over. He had to find the vehicle (shade was hard to find in 101 degrees). Ken was so pleasant and informative. We visited a lot but he was also very business oriented. He explained the features of the car and answered any and all questions we had. Unfortunately our visit was longer than it should have been because their Internet had problems but once it was back up, the process was fast and efficient. I appreciated their concern - the manager came by and visited with us and as we left the surprise gift of a dozen red roses knocked me off my feet - or it would have if I hadn't been sitting in the front seat of my new Sorento!
