I originally purchased an SUV, but quickly realized it wasn't the vehicle for me. I utilized the 72 hour return policy, and started the search again for an alternate vehicle. Tye made it his mission to find me another vehicle that suited my needs. He listened to what I wanted and did not try to force a purchase. He was patient, understanding, and had a solution to any issue that arose. He was also kind enough to drive the vehicle to my house as I did not have a way to get it home. It’s been a while since I have purchased a new car. I have never written a review for a dealership, or a salesperson in the car industry. No extra add on fees, no hard sales tactics, super friendly staff with a family owned feel that appreciates earning your business. Wow…what a novelty…finally a car dealership that doesn’t treat you like garbage. Literally took less than 90 minutes from start to finish to finance and buy my car. 30 of those minutes was the stellar demo TJ did to help me get familiar with Apple play and all the new tech Kias have these days. I worked with TJ…what a great sales person that knows his products and will earn your trust. If you are in the market for a Kia, ask for TJ.
