I was very happy with Sean, He went out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction. I was not too impressed with the service department, I told them the battery was no good, but they insisted in just ensure customer satisfaction. Sean had to come to my rescue. Listen to the customer! Also, the windshield wipers were installed wrong and it took the technician at Royal Mini to make it right. I originally purchased an SUV, but quickly realized it wasn't the vehicle for me. I utilized the 72 hour return policy, and started the search again for an alternate vehicle.
