So naturally, I had plenty of questions and wasn’t entirely familiar with the process. I happened to come in through a referral, and I’m genuinely glad I did. The entire team took great care of me from beginning to end. All I did was come prepared and they made it happen. They were patient, approachable, and took the time to answer all my questions clearly without making me feel pressured or overwhelmed. They were also incredibly helpful when it came to discussing available options, adding or removing things, and making adjustments that actually made sense for my needs. — in short, I walked away with a great interest rate and the options I actually wanted—ones I had taken the time to research, read through, and make an informed decision about myself. This experience alone taught me a lot about the car-buying process, and I walked away feeling much more informed and confident in my purchase. Brandon, in particular, struck me as a genuinely humble, down-to-earth, and professional person. I couldn’t have asked for a better guy to guide me through such an important purchase. He made what could have been an intimidating experience feel straightforward and comfortable. I also want to give Rony and Noah their deserved recognition for helping make everything come together. It takes a good team to create this kind of experience. My grandson and I went to the dealship for an oil change. The waiting area was perfect. I felt as though we were in a nice hotel lobby. We had a nice time chatting and we discovered the coffee machine. Wh The waiting area was perfect. I felt as though we were in a nice hotel lobby. The cost may be a little more than a drive up oil change but the service here can't be beat. BTW - I never do reviews but Royal Moore Mazda earned it. More
